Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with C
• Experience with cloud connectivity applications, including monitoring and Firmware-Over-the-Air (FOTA) solutions
• Strong background in communication technologies such as LTE, BLE, OpenThread, MQTT, and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux
• Practical experience with Yocto Linux
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems, including software debugging on real devices (using J-Link, ST-Link) and resolving system-level issues
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Hardware knowledge
• Experience with Docker, GitLab, and Jira

Responsibilities

• Design separate components, modules, classes, devices
• Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software and hardware
• Perform different types of testing
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions
• Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation
• Provide assistance to test engineers and support personnel in solving technical issues of software installation and its operation
• Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners
• Comply with the best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set forth on the project
• Report status and progress according to the project and company demands
• Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures, and engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and scale AI-powered solutions for real-world use cases. This is a hands-on role focused on developing agentic systems, RAG pipelines and production-grade LLM integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial development experience 
• Strong experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, tools)
• Ability to design end-to-end AI architecture (data → retrieval → response)
• Experience with evaluation pipelines (golden datasets, metrics, LLM-as-judge)
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and iteration

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Manager to join our global team and lead the end-to-end delivery of web development projects from discovery through launch. In this role, you’ll manage a healthcare projects, working closely with developers and local market stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with platform standards.

Role Overview

As our PM, you’ll serve as the bridge between clients, developers, and other stakeholders. You’ll lead discovery sessions, coordinate team efforts, track progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your work will directly impact high-profile clients and support long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the discovery phase, ensuring all requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and well understood
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress, scope, and budget to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Manage a dedicated team of 3-4 (Tech Lead, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, QA Engineer) to support estimations and delivery
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and provide progress updates
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Coordinate UAT and perform final reviews before handoff
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and internal best practices

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, ideally in web development
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proven ability to manage client communication, task prioritization, and resource planning
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset
• Leadership and team management experience in fast-paced environments
