Project description

The project is a hosting platform operated by an established data center company that is evolving toward a more cloud-oriented service model. The core infrastructure is already in production and serving real customers, with ongoing improvements and expansion of cloud capabilities. 

Some existing products (such as CDN and VPS) are already live and stable. CDN is currently in a maintenance phase, while VPS is operational and requires continuous improvements, scaling, and optimization. Most core technical decisions for these services have already been made, and the systems are functioning in production. 

At the same time, new cloud-oriented services are being actively designed and developed — including Application Vending Machine, Kubernetes-as-a-Service, App-as-a-Service, and other infrastructure automation solutions. These areas provide more architectural influence and room for technical ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Python
• 3+ years of experience with Django+DRF
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and scalable system design
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Docker
• 1+ years of commercial experience with Kubernetes and Helm (production-grade environments)
• Experience deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (services, ingress, config maps, secrets, autoscaling)
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues in KubernetesExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible preferred; experience with similar tools is acceptable, willingness to adopt Ansible is required)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a System Analyst with Power BI and .NET experience to join our team in a team extension model and work closely with the client’s team.

The role focuses on analyzing financial data flows, supporting BI reporting, and translating business requirements into system and data specifications.

The client's office operates in the EST time zone, and participation in daily stand-ups and planning meetings will be required.

The platform processes financial data from multiple sources to calculate positions, cash flows, net present values, expenses, interest, principal repayments, and other analytics. The processed data is stored in databases and used to generate reports in Excel, PDF, and Business Intelligence dashboards.
Currently, Power BI is used as the primary analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements related to financial data processing and reporting
• Translate business needs into functional and system specifications
• Work with developers to design and improve data models, reporting logic, and system workflows
• Support and improve Power BI reports, dashboards, and reporting templates
• Analyze and optimize large-scale financial reports containing hundreds of thousands of records
