A product company is looking for a Senior C++ Developer to work remotely. 
 

The company provides ultra-low latency financial backbone systems to tier-1 banks in the EU and the US. The company is certified by more than 100 Forex trading platforms, accounting for over 95% of currency liquidity, and provides a comprehensive solution using a single API for both Maker and Taker. These systems allow the bank to serve a multitude of algorithmic traders, providing market access and trading, risk management, price matching, liquidity aggregation, etc.
The company has created a product that allows international companies and banks to conduct instant transactions on global currency exchanges with minimal time delay using its own low-latency gateway. This solution is an advantage for them to be ahead of competitors by fractions of a millisecond.

Two rounds of interviews are planned, including with the company's CEO.
The team consists of 17 C++ developers.
 

Experience in server development on C++ (Linux), multithreading required.

🔹 BSc in Computer Science or equivalent;
🔹 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years of Python in production;
🔹 3+ years in an R&D team lead, leading cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, and QA) in a production environment;
🔹 Proven experience managing and leading remote teams in a fully distributed, remote-only environment;
🔹 Proven experience working in a product-based company (not project/outsource);
🔹 Strong experience with Python backend development in a SaaS environment, including cloud-based, scalable, and high-availability distributed systems;
🔹 Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous programming, and testing;
🔹 Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Helm);
🔹 Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and technical trade-offs;
🔹 Proven experience delivering long-term SaaS and customer-facing products with full end-to-end responsibility — from design to production and ongoing support.

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who will drive consistent brand presence across digital and offline channels. Backed by a strong B2C legacy and technically advanced products (platform modules, payments, CRM, risk management, etc.), your mission is to enhance brand awareness, support business development, and strengthen lead generation through coordinated marketing, event, and media initiatives.

You will own and execute the B2B marketing strategy — covering online and offline brand activities, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and email marketing (newsletters, automations, single sends).

Key Responsibilities

• Event Marketing: Plan and execute offline brand activities at industry events with internal teams and contractors. Oversee stand creation, staffing, media support, and distribution of merchandise and printed materials.
• Creative Production: Collaborate with content and design teams to produce banners, videos, and other visual materials as needed.
• Campaign Management: Launch, optimize, and analyze B2B campaigns (always-on and on-demand).
• Email Marketing: Set up automations, newsletters, and one-off campaigns. Create and maintain email templates and communication flows.
• Paid Advertising & Media Buying:: Manage, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display/video networks.
• Website Management: Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, pop-ups, and banners to improve conversion and lead acquisition.
• Content Support: Provide briefs and technical assignments for the creation of sales and marketing content (blog posts, case studies, product pages).
• Reporting: Collect, aggregate, and analyze marketing data. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in iGaming, SaaS, or Fintech.
• Strong understanding of Inbound vs. Outbound marketing and the B2B sales funnel.
• Proven ability to launch, optimize, and analyze marketing campaigns from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience operating ESPs such as SendGrid, Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager,  Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Ability to brief and manage content creation for decks, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and gated content.
• Experience managing website and landing page production, including collaboration with design and dev teams.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in event marketing, including exhibitions, stand management, and on-site operations.
• Familiarity with iGaming industry trends and major events.
