We are looking for a Middle User Acquisition Specialist to help scale our paid advertising channels and bring new users to Zutobi. Working closely with senior performance marketers and creative teams, you will learn the ins and outs of paid acquisition — from setting up and optimizing campaigns across to analyzing data and testing new creatives.

About you:

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance PPC campaigns (Google Ads, ASA, Bing) with a proven track record of scaling budgets profitably.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention).
• Expertise in Google Ads ecosystem and mobile web-to-app funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing large monthly ad budgets with high precision and accountability.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hypothesis-driven approach to A/B testing (ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creative assets).
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English skills (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration with creative, product, and data teams.

• A proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn and develop as a specialized mobile performance marketer.

   

About your responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and execute data-driven PPC strategies across Search, Display, and Video channels to acquire high-value users.
• Take ownership of monthly PPC budgets, optimizing allocation and bidding strategies to lower CAC/CPI while maximizing ROAS and LTV.
• Collaborate closely with design and video teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, run systematic creative tests, and analyze performance data.
• Managing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, tracking key metrics, and delivering regular progress reports to demonstrate achievements and return on ad spend.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with the US market.
• Google Ads / Apple Search Ads Certification.

We are now looking for a Product Content Lead - someone who will help us turn product and educational content into a systematic direction with clear ownership, scalable processes, quality standards, and direct impact on product metrics.

About the role:

At Zutobi, content is not a supporting function. It is the foundation of our product.

We don’t just sell access to lessons or tests. We sell a learning experience: we take complex, often boring driving education content and make it clear, engaging, and useful for users.

Today, there is already a clear understanding across the company that we need to work with content more systematically. However, there is currently no single owner with enough focus, mandate, and responsibility to drive this direction end-to-end.

That is why we are looking for someone who will build a content operating model for Permit App and Permit Web: from audit, research, quality standards, and content roadmap to course update processes, content QA, AI-assisted automation, delegated execution, and impact analysis.

This role is not about manually editing every piece of content. It is about building a system where content is regularly updated, improved, tested, and connected to product goals.

Requirements:

• Experience working with product, educational, or digital content as a Content Manager, Content Lead, Product Content Manager, or similar role.
• Experience treating content not just as text, but as part of user experience and product value.
• Understanding of how content can influence product metrics: activation, engagement, conversion, retention, cancellations, refunds, and support load.
• Ability to build content strategy, content roadmap, and content processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams: Product, Design, Marketing, Brand, Video, Support, QA, and Development.
• Ability to analyze user feedback, identify recurring content issues, and turn them into specific initiatives.
• Strong skills in information structure, editing, UX writing, and explaining complex topics in simple language.
• Research experience: competitor analysis, trends, new formats, and best practices in digital learning / EdTech / content products.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the product's educational content within the Permit direction.
• Set up a scalable content operations process: define how content issues are identified, prioritized, assigned, reviewed, QA’ed, updated, and released.
• Track changes in driving rules / DMV-related requirements and initiate course updates.
• Constant research of competitors in driving education, broader EdTech, and digital learning.
• Suggest new learning content formats that can increase engagement and perceived value.
• Analyze user feedback related to content quality and turn it into an improvement backlog.
• Collaborate with PMs, Design, Video Production, Brand, Support, Content, and Development teams.
• Launch and support content experiments together with Product and Data teams.
• Implement AI-assisted processes for content validation, updates, adaptation, and scaling.

EducateMe is an AI-native learning platform for growing US companies. We're hiring a growth operator to own a new acquisition channel: AI search.

You'll be measured on the number of SQL, not articles.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, "what's the best LMS for a 200-person behavioral health company?" — your job is to make sure EducateMe is in the answer. That's the whole role: owning how AI assistants see, describe, and recommend us.

This is not a content manager position. Content production is ~30% of the job, and even that part is operating our AI content engine (Claude-based pipeline): prompting, editing, injecting real customer specifics, shipping. Nobody here writes articles from scratch since we operate the AI-powered content engine

What you'll own:

The channel and its number. Your KPI is AI-attributed demos/month, with citation share on our target prompt set as the leading indicator.

1. On-site assets — run the AI content engine: comparison and alternative pages, pricing content, question pages, case studies. You maintain the money pages that AI assistants cite.
2. Off-site presence — manage the Reddit agency relationship, pitch industry listicles (eLearning Industry and similar), own our G2/Capterra profiles and the review pipeline (with our CSM), keep the YouTube listing-video cadence running.
3. Measurement — monthly money-prompt tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode; demo attribution analysis; a monthly "what moved and why" readout to the founder.
4. Sales enablement spillover — case studies, one-pagers, and snippets flowing to our outbound SDR and founder-led deals. The same assets serve both.

Requirements

• AI-native. Daily user of ChatGPT/Claude — you have an intuition for how AI assistants compose answers and pick what to recommend.
• Channel ownership experience. You've run a growth channel to a measurable result: traffic, leads, revenue. Any channel counts, including your own project (a site, a community, a Telegram channel you grew).
• Data-comfortable. You read analytics without hand-holding and find answers in data yourself.
• Strong written English (C1). Editing and judgment matter more than prose.
• Generalist mindset. Content, community, and measurement in one role: you switch between them daily.
• B2B SaaS experience is a plus, not a must.

• Not a classic content manager or copywriter — we don't need article volume
• Not classic SEO — link building and keyword rankings aren't the game
• Not an agency strategist — no strategy decks, hands-on execution only
