Required skills:

• Proven experience in business development or sales in fintech, payments, or Open Banking in the European market
• Strong knowledge of Open Banking, card processing, and online payment flows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (B2+/C1 level)
• Based in Europe and open to frequent business travel across the region
• Tech-savvy with the ability to understand API-based solutions and explain them to clients
• Proactive, driven, and energized by fast-paced environments
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new merchants and partners across the European market
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences throughout the EU
• Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their payment needs and promoting Open Banking and card payment solutions
• Own the full business development cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
• Act as a brand ambassador, helping position our client as a leading payment solutions provider in Europe
