We are looking for a hands-on media engineer who has built large Media Asset Management (MAM), broadcast and streaming platforms. You will be the Tech Lead of the delivery team and its senior media consultant at the same time: you join presales workshops, shape the solution and the team, and then build it with the team, writing code, reviewing designs and owning technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Join client calls and workshops, assess requirements, and contribute to proposals, estimates and team composition.
• Evaluate options with clear trade-offs, for example browser-side mixing vs. own streaming server vs. existing product.
• Own the architecture and key technical decisions of the delivery team.
• Build the hardest parts yourself: spikes, PoCs and core media components such as playback, audio routing and render orchestration.
• Run design and code reviews; set coding and testing standards.
• Define media-specific quality criteria: frame accuracy, A/V sync, render fidelity, latency, live-edge behavior.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the team.
• Be the technical voice to the client: demos, risk calls, honest estimates.
• Share reusable media reference architectures and checklists.
   

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 6+ years on media, broadcast or streaming platforms and hands-on work on at least one large MAM, PAM or video platform.
• 3+ years as Tech Lead or Lead Engineer of a team of 4 to 10 people, while still writing production code.
• Strong in at least one backend stack (.NET/C# preferred) and in TypeScript with a modern frontend framework.
• Video and codecs: H.264/HEVC/ProRes/MPEG-2, containers (MP4, MXF, MPEG-TS), GOP structure, interlacing, frame rates, timecode, proxy and mezzanine workflows.
• Audio: multi-channel layouts, PCM vs. AAC/Opus, channel mapping, loudness and metering, Web Audio API. Understands why 16 channels do not fit one AAC rendition.
• Streaming and delivery: HLS/DASH/CMAF, low-latency modes, growing-file and live-edge handling, ABR, players (hls.js, Shaka), Media Source Extensions and WebCodecs. Knows the Safari/iOS vs. Chromium differences.
• Processing and rendering: FFmpeg and GStreamer in production, render farms, cost and scale models, durable workflow orchestration (Temporal or similar).
• MAM platform design: metadata and search, storage tiers, ingest, archive and restore, integration with NLE, playout and newsroom systems, interchange formats (EDL, AAF, XML, OTIO).
• Architecture: event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Kubernetes, versioned contracts and schema registries, cloud (AWS or Azure).
• Able to compare build vs. buy vs. open source, including commercial streaming servers, with honest trade-offs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, at client-workshop level.
   

Nice to have

• Experience with professional streaming servers or packagers (for example Wowza, Nimble, Shaka Packager, Unified Streaming, MediaMTX) and WebRTC or SRT/RIST.
• Background with SMPTE standards (ST 2110, IMF), broadcast workflows, or live production.
• Experience with timeline editors, waveform and VU metering UIs, or Dolby/immersive audio.
• Past presales or solution architect role, or authorship of public talks and articles on media tech.

We generate high-value, data-backed materials that very few companies of our size can produce:

• Exclusive market research. Our proprietary system analyzes real industry discussions (thousands of business owners and technicians, tens of thousands of data points) to uncover unique market metrics, price points and industry challenges.
• 29 published case studies. Real technical achievements: rebuilding a property management platform in 3 months, growing a connected-properties platform from about 500 to 40,000 properties, shipping a telehealth platform in 6 weeks, a client relationship running since 2018 with active users growing from 1,398 to 19,324.
• Category and buyer insights. Deep internal research and messaging frameworks.

The challenge: all of this proprietary data, research and case study material is created, but not yet properly distributed.

Your mission: make sure our data, research and technical stories get read, cited, shared and discussed across tech media, B2B platforms and relevant industry communities.

Bonus: we track how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode) cite sources. You will see how your placements influence AI answers over time, a skill very few marketers have today.

What You'll Do

• Content amplification and outreach. Take raw research, data and case study results, turn them into pitch angles, short posts and news hooks, and reach out to relevant B2B tech outlets, niche newsletters, blogs and communities.
• Multi-format repurposing. Turn one core research piece into a quarter of content assets: ideas and scripts for short video or audio, LinkedIn posts, Medium and Substack articles, community discussions. You direct and manage the formats; you do not edit video or audio yourself.
• Media and community engagement. Identify 15 to 20 key platforms, podcasts, newsletters and communities in our niche and build consistent, ongoing touchpoints with them.
• Expert branding and quote placement. Monitor journalist and expert request platforms (Qwoted, Featured.com, Help a B2B Writer and similar) and coordinate fast responses using our founders' expertise.
• Review platforms and directories. Manage and optimize our presence on Clutch, DesignRush, GoodFirms and industry directories so Brocoders ranks where buyers shortlist vendors.
• Contributed content and links. Secure guest posts and roundup inclusions following our ethical distribution guidelines.
• Tracking and reporting. Track pickups, organic reach, AI citations and cost efficiency weekly and monthly, using Ahrefs and our internal visibility tracking.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in B2B tech marketing, content distribution, digital outreach or B2B PR (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing, software development and B2B SaaS ecosystem.
• Proven content distribution and outreach results: you can show articles, research, or guest posts you got published on third-party B2B sites and blogs.
• Advanced or fluent written English: pitches, social posts and outreach emails that busy editors and partners actually read.
• Ability to break complex data or case studies down into simple, catchy value hooks.
• High self-organization, attention to detail, and consistency in long-term outreach processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with original data, survey results or market research storytelling.
• Experience managing profiles and reviews on B2B directories (Clutch, DesignRush, G2, GoodFirms).

We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product thinking, interaction design, and hands-on user research to design end-to-end experiences for our global FinTech product. 

You will join our Core & Growth direction and work inside a cross-functional tribe alongside a product manager, a product analyst, and developers, where design directly shapes how people start using our product, stay safe, and grow with it.

In this role, you will own features from problem framing to release and post-release iteration. Product analysts own quantitative data, and you will own the qualitative side: talking to users, testing solutions, and understanding why people behave the way they do. You will translate these insights into clear, well-crafted solutions across web and mobile, design within the rules of our design system, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of features within your tribe, from problem framing and discovery to shipped solution and post-release iteration
• Work as a full member of a cross-functional tribe with a product manager, product analyst, and developers, taking part in discovery, planning, and prioritization
• Design complex product flows and interfaces such as registration and onboarding, authentication and security settings, admin areas, and partner dashboards

• Solid hands-on experience in qualitative user research: planning and running user interviews and usability tests, analyzing session recordings and heatmaps, and synthesizing findings into actionable design hypotheses, using tools such as Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer with strong poker knowledge to help shape the next generation of poker learning, coaching, and training experiences.

This is not a traditional design role focused primarily on visual polish or incremental interface improvements. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand how poker players think, study, practice, and improve — and translate complex poker strategy, data, and training workflows into intuitive and effective product experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX and product thinking with genuine poker knowledge. You should be comfortable discussing poker concepts and understanding the needs of serious players, while also being able to step back and design experiences that make sophisticated concepts easier to learn and apply.

We're looking for a commercially sharp payments professional to own our PSP and payment-provider ecosystem from the business side - spotting the next great provider before competitors do, negotiating terms that actually move the needle, and making sure every contract we sign is one we're happy to live with.

This is a business development and relationship role, not a technical one. You won't be configuring gateways - you'll be researching the market, building the pipeline, sitting across the table in negotiations, and keeping our contracts and compliance position airtight. You'll work closely with our PSP Integrations Manager (who owns the technical build) plus Legal, Compliance and Finance.

What you'll do

• Continuously research the payments landscape and competitor payment offerings - know who's entering the market, who's improving pricing, and where we have a gap before it becomes a problem.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective PSPs, acquirers, aggregators and local payment-method providers, and represent us at industry events.
• Lead commercial negotiations - processing fees, FX, reserves, settlement terms, SLAs - backed by real market benchmarking.
• Own contract and business-terms management end to end: coordinate redlines with Legal, track renewals well ahead of expiry, and maintain a single source of truth for every provider's commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Compliance on licensing fit and KYB onboarding for every new provider, before anything reaches signature.
