About Wigwam
Wigwam is a self-custody crypto finance app that blends everyday money tools with Web3 access. Users can hold and manage assets, move value across networks, and seamlessly connect to any decentralized application

We’re looking for a PM + QA in one person: someone who can own quality and delivery end-to-end.
Important: You will be the first QA in our team - meaning you’ll build the QA + release workflow from scratch (the way you believe it should be).

What you’ll do (QA):

• Own manual QA for mobile + web: smoke, regression, exploratory testing
• Build and maintain the system: test strategy, checklists, test cases, release gates
• Turn requirements into acceptance criteria and a clear Definition of Done
• Write strong bug reports (steps, expected vs actual, evidence) and verify fixes
• Keep releases stable as we ship fast

What you’ll do (PM / Scrum)

• Create and manage epics / stories / tasks
• Maintain the board: priorities, statuses, dependencies, deadlines
• Run lightweight delivery routines (planning, short syncs, retro when needed)
• Track progress, surface risks early, unblock the team
• Ensure follow-through: what we planned → what we shipped

What we expect

• Strong, proven experience in manual QA for both web and mobile
• Experience in PM/Scrum or delivery coordination (hands-on, not theoretical)
• Ability to design workflows independently (no micromanagement)
• Clear communication, ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity

Nice to have

• Web3 / crypto wallets / DeFi experience (preferred, not mandatory)
• API testing + debugging tools (Postman, Charles/Proxyman), monitoring/logs (Sentry/Firebase)
