We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer who can deliver ERP improvements end-to-end: understand business processes, run fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and build clean BC extensions/integrations. 
This is a technical and functional role: not only coding but also working closely with Finance/Operations stakeholders to make sure the system supports real workflows with minimal customization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1) ERP Discovery & Business Analysis (BA / Process) 

• Run workshops with business owners (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, etc.) 
• Document current (“as-is”) and target (“to-be”) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies 
• Perform fit-to-standard analysis and propose best-practice solutions in Business Central 
• Together with BA convert requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria 
• Support UAT: test scenarios, defect triage, and user enablement 

2) Dynamics 365 Business Central Development 

• Develop, maintain and optimize Dynamics D365 Business Central  
• Customize pages, code units, reports, approvals, document layouts, and posting logic where required 
• Use event-driven patterns (publishers/subscribers) and follow best practices to keep solutions upgrade-friendly 
• Build and maintain BC APIs and integration endpoints (REST/OData/web services where applicable) 
• Stable error handling and logging 

3) Integrations, Data & Automation 

• Integrate BC with other systems (banking, WMS, EDI, BI, internal apps) 
• Design reliable data flows: mapping, validation, retries, idempotency, monitoring/alerts 
• Handle data import/migration tasks (configuration packages, data templates, reconciliation support) 
• Collaborate with middleware/iPaaS or Azure services (e.g Logic Apps/Functions/Service Bus) 

4) Delivery & Operational Excellence 

• Participate in planning, estimation, and iterative delivery 
• Maintain documentation (solution design, configs, runbooks) 
• Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for production issues with structured root cause analysis

Right now, we’re looking for a strong Lead Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager to join our growing team 

 About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced affiliate professional with deep expertise in Tier-1 GEOs and a strong network in the iGaming industry.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling affiliate partnerships, driving high-quality traffic, negotiating strategic deals, and contributing directly to the company’s growth strategy.

 Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and scale long-term affiliate partnerships
• Drive high-quality traffic and optimize partner performance based on KPIs (ROI, revenue, traffic quality)
• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, budgets, and exclusive deals
• Work with Tier-1 GEOs as the main business direction
• Analyze traffic quality and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor affiliate performance and prepare strategic recommendations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and affiliates
• Attend international conferences and represent the company globally
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: product, payments, analytics, retention, and marketing

 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming
• Strong hands-on experience with Tier-1 GEOs is a MUST HAVE
• Candidate must be located abroad or have the ability to relocate/travel freely
• Strong understanding of traffic sources: SEO, PPC, FB, In-App, ASO, Email, UAC, etc.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing large affiliate partnerships
• Analytical mindset with strong understanding of ROI, KPIs, and traffic quality metrics
• Experience with affiliate/analytics tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb, DeepCI, Humbl, etc.
• English — Upper Intermediate (B2+) or higher
• Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel / Jira

What will you do?
—Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project organization to ensure high-quality delivery;
—Build trusted relationships with all project stakeholders, managing their expectations to ensure customer satisfaction;
—Conduct 1:1 meetings, salary reviews, and involvement in interviews;
—Maintain a friendly environment within the team: promoting teamwork and collaboration;
—Create and maintain project management documentation;
—Participate in Pre-sales and Discovery stages;
—Participate in ORIL’s Project Management Community;
—Engage in creating internal policies, company processes improvement.

What do we expect?

 

Experience:
—3+ years of Project Management experience in IT industry with strong theoretical and practical project management skills;
—Planning, organizing, and managing all phases of a project lifecycle from initiation to delivery for new and existing projects;
—Managing teams of 4+ people.

 

Communication:
—Fluent communication in English (preferably Advanced level);
—Excellent business written and verbal communication skills;
—Excellent negotiator and conflict solver;
—Good understanding of USA culture and specific communication habits.

 

Soft Skills:
—Excellent people management and staffing experience;
—Ability to build a long-term relationship with the team members and create a healthy work environment;
—Strong negotiation and decision-making skills;
—Mindset: Proactive planner (instead of problem solver).

 

Tech Skills:
—Deep understanding and practical experience in Agile;
—Experience applying various estimation techniques;
—Risk and change management skills;
—Stakeholder management skills;
—Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, technologies, and general application architecture constructs;

—Comfortable working with AI tools and proactive about adopting new ones to improve how the team delivers;
—Proficiency in management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.

Will be a plus:
—Experience in managing the Discovery Phase;
—Previous involvement in the Pre-sales process.
