iGaming Startup | CIS Market

An international iGaming startup is looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead the development of the affiliate channel and build a strong partner network for the product launch across the CIS market.

This is a key leadership role at an early stage of the project. You will have the opportunity to build the affiliate function from the ground up, define the strategy, establish partnerships, and directly influence the product’s growth and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Payment Manager to own our payment strategy end-to-end — building resilient infrastructure, maximizing approval rates, and controlling risk across LatAm (Colombia and Mexico).

• Have hands-on experience with technical PSP integration (API), routing configuration, and orchestration — this requires applied technical expertise
