Your Role
As a Campaign Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our marketing campaign inventory. Your 
primary responsibility is to ensure that all marketing campaigns, including creative assets, are up- to- date and accurately documented.
 

You will proactively gather marketing materials from colleagues, identify and upload the best creative assets, and complete campaign setups by adding all relevant requirements. Your keen eye for detail and hands- on approach will be essential in keeping the inventory organized and ensuring new campaigns are added promptly.

Education/Background: Formal training in graphic design, multimedia, or related fields

Responsibilities: 

• Development of new features and new parts of the app.
• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team alongside Frontend and QA Engineers.
• Maintaining, improving and extending existing functionality.
• Сonstantly improving code organization and evolving application design.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Node.JS development.
• Minimum of one year of experience in React.JS development.
• Experience with Sequelize, PostgreSQL, database design, microservices.
• Test automation coverage.
• Understanding of CI/CD.
• Git branching strategies.
• Scrum Agile principles and processes.
• English level - Intermediate and higher.

Our tech stack: microservices, Node.JS, React.JS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS.

Your expertise:

• High personal interest and self-development in AI / ML
• Experience in creating Production services as an ML Engineer
• Experience with Data Science and Quantitative Analysis activities.

Will definitely be a plus:

• Experience with AI / ML services for marketing and sales: product recommendation, retention, customer segmentation, personalization, or others
• High personal interest in Quant, algorithmic strategies, Finance, DeFi
• Experience with creating and supporting algorithmic strategies, including their risk management
• Experience in systematically monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI/ML solutions with a set of KPIs
• Experience with Agentic AI: multi-agent systems, complex prompt engineering, LLM finetuning
• Experience with documenting solution architecture and experiment reports
• Experience with Research & Development projects
• Experience in AI / ML startups or personal pet projects
