Responsibilities- Assisting the Account Manager with current project execution and documentation flow.
- Regular sync-ups with clients and correspondence management.
- Arranging timelines for transition to Cloud infrastructure and collecting necessary data for the service/finance teams.
- Participation in technical team activity planning and resource allocation.
- Maintaining client profiles and reports for the assigned client portfolio.
- Initiating upsell opportunities when appropriate.
Requirements- English (B2+): Ability to conduct free-flowing oral and written communication, and explain complex matters simply.
- Self-Reliance: High level of responsibility and ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, ability to handle reporting and planning.
- Communication Skills: Readiness for active and constructive interaction with clients and teams.

- Experience 1 year in Project or Account Management.
