The Chief Sales Architect (CSA) is accountable for leading the sales function and driving growth by designing, building, and scaling an AI- and automation-powered sales engine that delivers a predictable pipeline and revenue growth, increases conversion speed and efficiency, and outperforms traditional agency sales models through data-driven experimentation and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of sales into a scalable, AI- and automation-enabled operating model where repetitive work is automated, and the team focuses on higher-value activities: experimentation, process improvement, relationship-building, and conversion quality.

• 4-5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Backend Engineering with a strong data focus.
• Production AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into production applications via API. You understand latency, token limits, and how to structure data for AI scoring.
• Expertise in GCP: Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, IAM, Networking).

Our project focuses on building and operating a scalable MLOps platform based on Kubeflow and KServe, enabling end-to-end machine learning workflows — from experimentation to production inference.  

The platform is deployed on Kubernetes and integrates modern DevOps/SRE practices, including automation, observability, and reliability engineering. We are actively evolving the system towards cloud-native architectures with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• Building software services for Data Scientists, Data Engineering an Developer teams.  
• Patching up support escalation cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex backend or data-driven systems
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and production ready software. As a senior full stack developer, the role leads the development of backend services in Python and frontend interfaces in React according to UI/UX specifications, ensuring high reliability, strong engineering standards, and a seamless user experience. It also delivers high quality components across the stack, efficient CI/CD pipelines, resilient production deployments, and contributes to architectural decisions, continuous performance improvements, maintainability, usability, and clear technical documentation that strengthens overall platform robustness and team productivity.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• The person must work with minimum supervision, probably with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong backend engineering in Python (API development, services, data workflows)
• Frontend development expertise in React (components, state management, UI integration)
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Solid experience in Linux command line
• Proven track record operating and supporting production systems
