What you’ll do:
— Build and evolve a unified marketing technology platform — not just a collection of tools, but a cohesive system that directly drives business performance;

— Take full ownership of 5+ existing services (Hokuto, UA automation, Creo Factory, Revealbot, Creo-translate): evaluate their current state, identify architectural bottlenecks, and systematically improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability;

— Develop and maintain production-grade integrations with Meta / TikTok / Google — ensuring robust error handling, rate limiting, retries, and clear monitoring so the system operates reliably without silent failures;

— Redesign the tracking architecture by shifting from client-side to server-side (CAPI pattern for Facebook and similar platforms), implement proper test coverage, and build tools that allow Growth Managers to independently configure tracking for their funnels;

— Eliminate manual operational workflows (e.g., in Airtable) and enable marketing teams (UA managers, designers, growth managers) to operate independently without engineering support for routine tasks;

— Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions before they become bottlenecks - shaping the long-term vision of the domain and driving technical and product priorities.

This role is for you if...

Must-have

— 3+ years of commercial backend development experience;

— Node.js / TypeScript as the main stack;

— Strong experience building reliable API integrations — including error handling, rate limiting, retries, and webhooks;

Role Overview: 
We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer with a deep understanding of React. The main responsibilities will include the development of user interface components, refactoring and optimisation of existing code, and participation in mobile application development. Companies' projects are stable and long-term, with an active backlog of new front-office features.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer;

• Strong knowledge of state management tools (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.);
• Proven experience in building SPAs, PWAs, and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs;
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and CI/CD pipelines;
• Solid understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance optimisation;
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.);
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience with React Native;
• Hands-on experience developing a React Native SDK for cross-platform projects;
• Level of English language – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with micro frontends, monorepos, or component libraries (Storybook, Bit);
• Knowledge of design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, or similar);
• Exposure to WebAssembly, WebSockets, or real-time applications;

You will play a key role in ensuring product stability, catching issues early, and supporting the development team with structured and reliable testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes (based on tickets/user stories)
• Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans)
• Ensure proper test coverage across features
• Conduct regression testing before releases
• Perform smoke testing after deployments
• Execute end-to-end (E2E) testing of core user flows
• Work with API testing (e.g., Postman or similar tools)
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers
• Participate in release validation and staging verification
• Suggest improvements to QA processes and product quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manual QA testing
