Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tooling
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and architecture
• Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting compliance and security standards from a quality engineering perspective.
• Design, develop and execute automated test scripts for both front end applications as well as APIs / microservices
• Identify, document and track software defects
• Conduct performance testing
• Work across development and DevOps teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipelines
• Actively identifies system functionality or performance deficiencies, executes changes to existing systems, and tests functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
• May document testing and maintenance of system updates, modifications, and configurations.
• Function Specific: Strategically design technology solutions that meets the needs and goals of the company and its customers/users.
• Leverages platform process expertise to assess if existing standard platform functionality will solve a business problem or customization solution would be required.

What you`ll do:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously (approx. 10-12), ensuring successful project delivery. 
  Project types: website development from scratch (45%), website design (15%), website support tickets (25%) and software development (15%).
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals and meet client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using project management software.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to clients and team members.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients to communicate progress, provide reports, and address any challenges.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards to maintain high levels of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

Requirements:
