Overview

We are looking for a UAV Technician to join the flight team responsible for testing our flagship R&D product — a GPS-denied alternative navigation system. This role is focused on the technical side of UAV operations — assembly, configuration, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of multirotor / fixed-wing airframes and their supporting equipment.

You will keep the team’s fleet in top shape and make sure every flight starts from a known-good aircraft. Piloting skills are welcome and useful, but they are not a hard requirement — your value here is in the hardware.

• Assemble, configure, and bring up multirotor UAVs (frames, motors, ESCs, FCs, sensors, RC/telemetry, power) and fixed-wings

The Bit Spilka Charitable Foundation is looking for a Content & Communications Manager to help tell the story of our work and grow our presence across social media and digital platforms.

This role blends writing, social media, visual content, human stories, and project outcomes. We're looking for someone who doesn't just produce posts, but knows how to find meaning, spot a strong story, and turn the foundation's work into communication that feels clear, alive, and valuable to our audience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and grow the foundation's communications strategy, with a focus on brand recognition, audience engagement, and support for fundraising initiatives;
• Prepare a monthly content plan and coordinate content across Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn;
• Grow the foundation's community Telegram channel and explore new formats for audience engagement;
• Write texts in various formats: posts, articles, storytelling pieces, brand and partner materials;
• Gather information from the team and partners, conduct interviews, and collect stories for content;
• Manage the foundation's blog: writing, editing, and publishing material;
• Shoot photo and video content, handle basic video editing, and adapt visuals for different formats;
• Work with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools;
• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns;
• Build relationships with media and influencers, and coordinate collaborations;
• Analyze the performance of social media and campaigns, and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations;
• Travel on-site to gather content and cover the foundation's work.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in SMM, communications, or PR;
• Strong copywriting skills in Ukrainian;
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
• Skills in photography, videography, and short-video editing;
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar editors;
• Experience with Meta Ads;
• Experience finding and coordinating influencers;
• Ability to analyze audiences, build communication hypotheses, and evaluate their effectiveness;
• Experience independently managing communications projects from concept to execution;
• Willingness to travel for content gathering.

Nice to have:

• English at Intermediate level or above;
• Experience in the charitable or social sector;
• Understanding of the specifics of communications for social projects;
• Ability to handle sensitive topics ethically and tactfully;
• Experience with AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar;
• Experience creating presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate identity in Okta: user lifecycle, group-based access, SSO/SAML/SCIM app integrations, MFA, and automated joiner-mover-leaver flows.
• Own and evolve the corporate network across offices: LAN/WiFi, switching, routing, VLAN segmentation, DHCP/DNS, and VPN — design, configuration, and L3 troubleshooting.
• Own FortiGate firewalls: policy, segmentation, and VPN, in partnership with security.
• Own the corporate GCP footprint: IAM, PAM, VPC and cloud networking, firewall rules, and the services backing corporate tooling.
• Administer Google Workspace at the org level.
• Use GitLab as the backbone for configuration-as-code, CI/CD, and IaC: manage repos and pipelines for IT automation.
• Build automation that removes manual work and JML toil: scripting (Bash, Python) and API integration across Okta, Google Workspace, JSM, and GCP.
• Author the runbooks and configuration-as-code that onsite engineers operate from
• Provide L3 escalation for identity, network, cloud, and SaaS issues the onsite tier cannot resolve.
• Configure MDM
• Keep technical documentation current.

Requirements

1. 4+ years in infrastructure / systems / network engineering, ideally at a cloud-native company.

• Strong networking — hands-on design and troubleshooting of LAN/WiFi, switching, routing, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and VPN.
• Okta hands-on: user lifecycle, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations, MFA.
• GCP: IAM and cloud networking (VPC, firewall rules, routing).
• Google Workspace administration.
• GitLab: repositories, CI/CD pipelines.
• IaC workflows (terraform).
• Demonstrable automation/scripting (Bash, Python) with real examples you can walk us through.
• Good security instincts: credential hygiene, segmentation, patching urgency, incident discipline.
• Functional English — enough to coordinate with the global team and document your work clearly. Writing polish can lean on AI tooling; what matters is that your documentation and updates are accurate and understandable.

Job Description:

• Launch and scale affiliate websites across international iGaming / arbitrage markets;
• Research semantic clusters, competitors, SERPs, and scalable growth opportunities by GEO;
• Build and execute link-building strategies using different link types, dropped / auction domains, and PBN networks;
• Manage the full SEO project lifecycle: domain selection, site setup, content, indexing, off-page growth, and first FTDs;
• Run SEO experiments, test hypotheses, react to algorithm updates, and scale what works;
• Work with bulk content generation, rewriting / synonymization, and content scaling processes;
• Track key SEO and business KPIs: rankings, traffic, indexation, conversions, and FTDs;
• Automate routine SEO processes and improve workflows where possible.
   

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of SEO experience in international iGaming;
• Experience with competitive / grey niches across international GEOs;
• Practical knowledge of White Hat and Black Hat SEO methodologies;
• Experience with dropped / auction domains, PBNs, and link-building at scale;
• Understanding of cloaking use cases, GEO-specific gambling restrictions, and link equity transfer via redirects, internal linking, and domain networks;
