About the Role

This is not a traditional PR role.

We are looking for someone who understands how attention works in modern media — and knows how to build it from scratch. The role sits at the intersection of PR, content distribution, and growth thinking. Our customer is a privately held financial services consulting firm, which provides its services in following sectors:

Our client currently has multiple .NET applications that utilize outsourced application development: in the residential mortgage origination and serving domain, and in the fund of fund management domain.

• The applications are deployed in Microsoft Azure IAAS / PAAS services
• Full development lifecycle is supported with Development / Test, QA, UAT and Production nodes

• All applications are in production, with on-going functional enhancements and features being added

Position Overview

You will be working closely with our clients’ team in a team extension format. The client’s office is located in the EST time zone and you are expected to join the daily stand up meetings, planning meetings, etc. (usually in the morning EST time)

The software ingests data from various sources and creates positions, cash flows, net present values, expenses, interest, principal repayments and various analytics based on formulas. This information resides in a database. The users can produce reports in Excel and PDF formats or publish to a Business Intelligence tool that allows to create custom reports and views. Currently Power BI is used, though it is possible that another solution will be used in the future.

Our client needs help with 2 projects:

• Managing the receipt and upload of files, implementation of new and changes to the existing models, data repositories that populate BI tools, BI reports and templates
• Optimisation and customisation of large scale reports for some of the clients (may have 100’s of 1,000’s records). In order to generate a report, you will have to consume data from an API and / or flat files and apply custom logic that may be customized for each client

This role requires experience in the following technologies:

As an AI Consultant, you will participate in the implementation and development of AI-powered solutions across a broad range of applications, from Gen AI tools to data analytics fraud detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions;
• Solution Development: Design and implement cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for knowledge retrieval, prompt optimization, and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs);
• Apply AI techniques to areas such as fraud detection, satellite imagery analysis, time-series forecasting, and automated data quality validation to enhance decision-making and automation;
• Develop web applications (FE / BE / cloud architecture) enabling users to interact with AI systems;
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and skills:

• 2+ years of professional experience in this or similar area;
• Experience working on AI/ML projects, in areas such as Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision or Machine Learning model development and deployment;
• University degree in Mathematics or a similar field is an advantage;
• Programming skills in Python (pandas, plotly, numpy);
• Experience with Full stack development (JavaScript) is a significant plus.
• Experience with SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus;
• Experience with generative AI models is a plus;
• Fluent in English (level B2 or higher).

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Design and development of the core banking system and Internet acquiring service within the financial ecosystem
• Participation in product architecture design and query optimization
• Data handling: synchronization, transmission, and processing
• Implementation of new business logic in applications
• Work with metrics: integration, optimization, and monitoring. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• At least 4-5+ years of experience in backend development, including 2+ years of production experience with Golang
• Deep knowledge of Golang and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of multithreaded systems and concurrent programming principles
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining microservice architectures
• Strong understanding and practical application of software development principles: SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY
• Experience in architectural design and readiness to propose and implement technical solutions
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

REQUIREMENTS:
