Junior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and communicative Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team. If you are tech-savvy, love building relationships, and are eager to dive into the world of Performance Marketing, we are ready to train you from the ground up!

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Search & Onboard: Actively find new affiliates (webmasters) through Telegram, LinkedIn, forums, and other resources.
• Support & Guide: Help partners set up their first campaigns, provide them with links/creatives, and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor & Analyze: Track traffic quality and performance daily to ensure our goals are met.
• Report: Keep our CRM updated and prepare simple weekly reports on your partners’ progress.
• Learn: Quickly absorb knowledge about traffic sources (FB, Google, TikTok) and the specifics of our vertical.

Requirements (Who We Are Looking For)

• Strong Communication Skills: You are a "people person" who enjoys spending the day in chats or on calls.
• Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and basic logic (e.g., understanding why 100 clicks with 1 sale is less efficient than 50 clicks with 1 sale).
• English Level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher. You can comfortably communicate with international partners.
• Tech Literacy: Fast learner with new software, CRM systems, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Proactivity: You don't wait for tasks - you look for opportunities to help your partners grow.
• Interest in Marketing: You want to build a long-term career in the Affiliate industry.

Nice to Have (But we will train you anyway)

• Basic understanding of terms like CPA, CPL, ROI, and CR.
• Knowledge of how online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) works.
