• 3+ роки досвіду в SEO, з яких 1+ рік на позиції Lead/Senior у конкурентних нішах (crypto / adult / nutra / drops / dating / essay тощо).
• Глибокі знання технічного SEO: аналітика, індексація, моніторинг, оптимізація.
• Бізнес-мислення: орієнтація на revenue, KPI, оцінку ефективності команди у цифрах.
• Досвід управління SEO-командою (повний цикл: найм, адаптація, розвиток, мотивація, KPI). Сильні лідерські навички.
• Досвід використання AI‑контенту із контролем якості.
• Готовність швидко навчитися специфіці iGaming ніші. 
• Досвід управління SEO-бюджетами.
• Англійська мова на рівні В1+. 
• Проактивність, самостійність та орієнтація на результат.

Зони відповідальності на початковому етапі:

• Підбір перспективних ніш: аналіз ринків та вертикалей (casino / betting / crash / slots).
• Підбір доменів: реєстрація нових доменів або використання дропів, оцінка потенціалу та релевантності для ніші.
• Сетап і оптимізація сайтів: створення структури та функціоналу, технічна оптимізація, налаштування аналітики, моніторинг індексації.
• Створення лінк-планів: розрахунок бюджету, планування місячного лінкбілдингу (анкори, URL, ГЕО, вимоги).
• Організація переїзду сайтів у разі бану: планування та контроль швидкого перенесення з мінімізацією втрат трафіку та SEO-показників.
• Формування команди: найм, адаптація та менторинг, включно з адаптацією новачків у iGaming.

Зони відповідальності на етапі масштабування:

• Побудова комплексної SEO-стратегії для різних ГЕО: семантика, технічна оптимізація та посилальні профілі.
• Управління командою: постановка цілей, координація роботи, мотивація та підтримка розвитку співробітників.
• Масштабування існуючих проєктів, тестування гіпотез та запуск нових: розвиток поточних сайтів, перевірка нових ідей та запуск нових проєктів.
• Управління бюджетами (лінки / контент / інфраструктура): планування і контроль витрат.
• Відповідальність за фінальний результат: контроль трафіку, конверсій і доходу від проєктів.
