• Fluent/Advanced English (MUST!) 

• Ability to work night shifts (6 possible schedules: 15:00 – 00.00; 16:00 – 01.00; 17:00 – 02.00; 18:00 – 03.00; 19:00 – 04.00; 21:00 – 06.00 Kyiv time) 

• Confident PC user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 

• Technical background or strong interest in exploring software and hardware products 

• Strong organizational, training, and time-management skills 

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities 

• Understanding of conflict resolution 

• Empathy, positive attitude and self-control 

Nice to Have: 

• Previous experience in customer or technical support

We are looking for a Trainee or Junior Software Engineer who wants to work with AI to build AI. You will be responsible for developing back-end services, ensuring high performance, and integrating complex AI agents into real-world business processes.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Build and maintain core features of the application using PHP and the Laravel framework, specifically moving toward Laravel 13.
• AI Implementation: Develop, refine, and test AI agents that handle live voice calls, SMS, and email.
• Frontend Integration: Collaborate on building responsive interfaces in Vue.js for our comparison tools and digital proposal builders.
• Workflow Automation: Design and implement the logic for background execution layers that synchronize structured data and documents across CRM/AMS systems to trigger end-to-end operational cycles.
   

Required Skills & Experience
