Requirements:

Responsibility:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring long-term cooperation and high retention. Support acquisition of new advertisers when needed.

Currently, we're looking to hire a Product Manager to join our team in Spain office and make his contribution to our products. 

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
✔️ Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
✔️ Define the product strategy and roadmap;
✔️ Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams;
✔️ Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact;
✔️ Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources;
✔️ Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members

✅ Requirements:
✔️ A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry - is a must. We will not be able to consider resumes without this experience.  
✔️ Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
✔️ Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
✔️ Data analytics skills;
✔️ Market and competitive analysis;
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills;
✔️ Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

✔️ Good understanding of online Casino operation;
✔️ Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA etc.).

Lead QA Engineer – Key Requirements::

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Lead QA Engineer to elevate the quality of our fintech solutions. In this role, you'll lead our QA efforts, drive testing best practices, and ensure our financial products are stable, secure, and compliant. Core Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong QA Foundation: Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development environments.
• Fintech Testing Mindset: Understanding the unique challenges of fintech applications—security, accuracy, compliance, and real-time data handling.
• Manual & Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, and JIRA. Ability to build robust test frameworks that ensure speed and reliability in releases.
• Test Case Management: Proficient in using tools like XRay (Jira plugin) to create, manage, and execute test plans with full traceability and coverage.
• CI/CD Integration: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support fast and safe deployments in production environments.
• Coding & Scripting: Exposure to scripting/programming languages such as JAVA, Python, JavaScript, or Bash is a plus for contributing to automation and tool development.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead QA teams, mentor junior testers, and shape a quality-first culture in an agile environment.
• Collaborative Team Player: Strong coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and compliance leads.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail—essential for uncovering issues in complex financial systems.
• Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating risks, issues, and test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Background:

• 5+ years in QA roles, including 1–3 years in a leadership or senior-level position—ideally within a fintech or highly regulated industry.
• Experience creating and executing QA strategies aligned with financial industry standards (e.g., compliance, audit readiness, security).
• A track record of driving quality process improvements, scaling QA operations, and ensuring high product reliability in customer-facing financial platforms.
