Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand Communications Manager to build and execute thought leadership and brand communications for Streamline. This is not an SMM role. The core of the job is working directly with company leadership — CEO, VPs, and operational directors — to extract their expertise, insights, and perspectives, and translate them into compelling content that positions Streamline as a market leader in the minds of decision-makers at major telecom operators. You will also build a proof engine that showcases our daily operations, project wins, and field capabilities to reinforce our brand promise with evidence.

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership & Executive Communications

• Develop and manage thought leadership programs for 3–4 key executives (CEO, VPs, operational leaders)
• Conduct weekly interviews and briefings with leadership to capture insights, opinions, and expertise
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, and commentary in each leader’s authentic voice
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with industry events, market trends, and company milestones

Company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer. As a Senior Software Engineer you will take a significant part in the development of company’s core payments platform. Company's payments platform provides secure and efficient payment processing by optimizing payment routing flows, ensuring transaction security, and managing refunds. You will work with diverse payment gateways to enable a wide range of alternative payment methods, build expertise with various digital wallets, credit options, and region-specific payment solutions, while also implementing fraud detection capabilities, manage the full lifecycle of chargebacks, and take part in building company's data lake for analytics and operations. Responsibilities 
• Building our high scale cloud-based payments platform in Node.js • Have end to end ownership: Design, build, ship, measure and maintain low latency, high availability and high performance services. 
• Bring your unique experience - we are open to new ideas and expect you to bring our team and platform to a new level 
• Optimize resource usage (database, infrastructure, integrations) 
• Mentor and guide software engineers and help build a professional and effective team. 

Requirements: 
• At least 5 years of proven experience in developing end-to-end web applications (experience in Fintech companies - advantage) 

• Proficiency with cloud-based environments (AWS - preferred) 

• Proficiency with Node.js / Python / Java

• Experience with Docker 

• Experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis - advantage) 

• Experience with Microservices 

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle 

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities 

• Self-motivated with a startup mindset and ability to work independently
