About the role

We're hiring a freelance content writer to produce the content that supports our inbound engine — website content, case studies, and guest posts on external publications.

This is a fractional engagement covering the ongoing content output for our website and external placements.

You'll work from briefs supplied by our SEO specialist. The strategy layer (keyword targeting, search intent, technical SEO) sits with them. Your focus is voice, craft, and execution.

Our writing covers a mix of audiences. Business decision-makers — COOs, VPs of Operations, CFOs, Heads of Customer Success — are the primary audience for a lot of what we publish, since they're the people our sales team is speaking with. Alongside that, a meaningful share of our content is written for engineering leaders and developers: technical deep dives on AI orchestration architecture, modernization approach pieces, and articles that go into implementation detail. We're looking for someone who can move between these registers comfortably.

Our writing

Our positioning is built on being direct and specific. We say what we do, back it with numbers where we can, and prefer plain language to marketing padding. Reading our homepage is the fastest way to calibrate.

Concretely, we tend toward:

• Short sentences. Long ones are earned
• Specific numbers and named companies where the data supports it. "24 to 10 people" tends to land better than "significantly reduced headcount."
• Real perspectives, including honest tradeoffs and things that don't work as advertised

We already work with several promoters — and it’s producing results. But the process behind it is informal: no structured onboarding, no systematic outreach, no scalable framework. That’s what this role fixes. We need someone to take what exists, build a real operating system around it, and then use that foundation to grow the network.

What does ownership mean here:

You own the channel and the revenue it produces. About the project

You will join the team behind a large online store that sells durable medical equipment to customers across the United States, including products for people with physical and cognitive disabilities. The business is mature and high-volume, with active marketing and merchandising teams that generate a steady flow of new requests.

The platform is being modernised step by step: it is moving from a legacy Adobe ColdFusion codebase to an Angular front end with a .NET Core back end. The customer-facing storefront went live on the new stack in early September. The admin area and several internal modules that cover inventory, supplier and service workflows are still on the old technology and will be migrated next, alongside new features requested by the business.

Much of the existing logic is custom-built and only partly documented, so a meaningful part of the work is reconstructing how the current system behaves and turning that into requirements the team can build against.

What you will do

• Gather high-level business requests from client stakeholders and turn them into clear, buildable requirements for the development team.
• Run feature kick-off and clarification calls with the client two to three times per week, prepare the questions in advance and follow up until the open points are closed.
• Investigate how existing functionality works, form and validate assumptions with stakeholders, and document the behaviour that has never been written down.
• Write well-structured user stories, functional descriptions and acceptance criteria, following the team’s established documentation standards, and keep them current as decisions change.
• Walk the development and QA team through each feature, stay available during implementation and confirm that what was delivered answers the original business need.
• Analyse edge cases, dependencies and cross-module impact before development starts, and challenge requests that are unclear, contradictory or unlikely to deliver the expected value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on software development projects.
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills: the ability to translate vague business needs into clear, structured specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work independently with stakeholders: you dig into a vague request, ask the uncomfortable questions and keep going until the real need is clear.
• Strong attention to detail, including edge cases, permissions, validation rules and alternative flows.
• Strong command of English at B2 level or above. Written documentation is the primary deliverable, and stakeholder communication is daily.
• Strong proficiency with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for accelerating documentation, analysis and research tasks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence; basic wireframing skills in Figma, Balsamiq or similar.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, checkout flows or digital retail is a strong plus.
• Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) or to admin and back-office systems is a plus. The audience of the store includes people with disabilities, so accessibility is treated seriously; this knowledge can also be built up on the project.
• Experience on projects that migrate a legacy system to a modern stack.
• Experience documenting reports and back-end logic is a plus.

Team
You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes four developers, two QA Engineers with automation expertise, a Project Manager, and two Business Analysts. The development team includes dedicated Front-End and Back-End Engineers.

You will also work directly with the client’s Software Director and in-house Business Analyst, with regular opportunities to collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and other business teams.

Schedule

Full-time, remote, 40 hours per week, 5/2. The start of the day is flexible; the working day is planned so that it overlaps with the client in the US Eastern time zone, with calls typically taking place in the afternoon and early evening Kyiv time.

We're looking for a Senior Azure Platform Engineer to design and own the core Azure platform — landing zones, networking, API management, and Infrastructure as Code — that other engineering teams build on top of. • Developing technological maps for the production of electronic devices.
• Designing electronic devices, as well as physical and mathematical models of systems.
• Creating physical models for simulating control systems for electronic devices and aerial vehicles in MATLAB/Simulink.

• Researching and adapting new production technologies (related to development).

Job Description
 

• Overall responsibility to analyze and define the business processes, related operational procedures and working methods for the assigned domain
• Identify opportunities for system efficiency improvements and review them with the Business Process Owner (BPO) for approval.
• Challenge the local business requirements to accept the current D365 functionalities as standard with limited exceptions
• Gather business requirements, deliver the required acceptance criteria, and discuss these with the Group IT analysts where applicable to understand the impact on the system set-up
• Test the provided development solutions (RFC’s), evaluate the functionality and fit to the    acceptance criteria together with the domain lead
• Assist in training of local key users on D365 specifically CRM
• Provide support to the data cleaning team (Ukraine)  (normally done before an entity goes live) and support processes to maintain data quality
• Work with the Ukraine team to provide Hypercare support after roll-outs
• Provide second line support after hypercare (i. e . review issues of go live countries, find solutions, analyse root cause) and provide support to the Ukraine team on CRM tickets raised.
• Support the key users in the definition and gathering of the user acceptance test scenarios 
• Provide key user Support during the User Acceptance Training

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and operationally strong Head of Sales to lead and scale our outbound sales division across Tier-1 markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building scalable outbound sales systems, increasing player monetization, and driving VIP conversion across multiple GEOs.

The role was created as part of separating VIP and Sales into two dedicated verticals, giving the future Head of Sales full ownership over outbound revenue generation, CRM-driven sales operations, and sales infrastructure development.
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Take full ownership of outbound sales performance, player conversion into VIP segments, and initial revenue generation across multiple GEOs
• Build, scale, and optimize the Sales department structure starting from an existing team of 10 agents
• Set, monitor, and improve KPIs related to revenue, deposits, conversion rates, player activity, retention, and sales efficiency
• Manage multi-channel outbound communication systems including phone sales, auto-dialers, SMS, email, messengers, and CRM-triggered communication flows
• Research, select, configure, and optimize CRM systems tailored to operational and cross-functional business needs

About the role

We're looking for a freelance motion designer to create marketing creatives for our AI-powered products and games.

Work is organized by concepts: one concept = 3–5 videos of the same type — variations for different channels, formats, and hypotheses. Fixed payment per concept, agreed before the start.

We provide access to our AI generation stack.

What you'll do

• Turn briefs from our Creatives Producer into finished video creatives.
• Generate visuals and footage with our AI tools (access provided).
• Assemble and finish videos: hooks, subtitles, overlays, end cards, sound, cleanup of AI artifacts.
• Adapt each concept across platforms and formats.
• Suggest your own hooks and angles when you see something that could work better.

• Work closely with the Marketing Creatives Producer and UA Manager.

   

What we expect

• Experience in motion design, full cycle — from brief to final video.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Comfortable assembling and finishing videos in After Effects or a comparable editor; working knowledge of Figma and Illustrator.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how creatives drive campaign results.
• Speed and consistency: ability to run several concepts in parallel and meet deadlines.
• Around 15 hours per week available for us, steadily rather than in bursts.

• Interest in a long-term collaboration — freelance in format, steady in practice. We're building an ongoing flow of concepts, not looking for a one-off project.

   

Terms

• Fully remote, flexible schedule within concept deadlines.
• $30 per concept (3–5 videos of the same type, including revisions); larger concepts are paid proportionally more. Scope and timeline agreed before the start.
• We plan the flow of concepts around roughly 15 hours per week, though the exact volume varies depending on campaign needs.

• We provide access to all AI tools you'll need.

   

Hiring process

HR call → paid test task → start. The test task is a real brief we actually run, so we pay for it and provide a one-time access key to our AI tools.
