The SEM product is embedded within the Geosciences Suite of Applications. This application has multiple views consisting of both 2D and 3D visualizations. The current data visualization is not sufficient for what we would like it to be. This role is expected to work with the lead and the product owner to understand the current shortcomings, investigate and research potential solutions, propose these solutions to the teams, and then work on the implementation of the agreed upon work. To get to this stage, the developers will also need to learn the inner workings of the visualization framework within Geoscience.

Silpo E-Commerce Analytics Tribe is looking for Data Analyst to help us with the implementation of the advanced analytical systems for the rapid growth of the food delivery business. We are expanding our Data Analytics capabilities across multiple domains — Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Operational. As a Data Analyst, you can join a dedicated analytics team supporting one of those domains:

• Operational Analytics — empowering food delivery operations with real-time insights and performance tracking, building optimization solutions to improve operational efficiency;
• Product & Marketing Analytics — optimizing digital product performance, user behavior, campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and churn prevention;
• Commercial Analytics — supporting assortment strategy, pricing optimization, and promotional performance analysis.

You can choose your preferred area of work or be assigned to a team based on your expertise and background.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze data on products, services, and business functions to forecast performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations for product management and business growth;
• Extensively utilize SQL and dbt (Data Build Tool) to design, develop, and optimize data models within our high-volume data platform, effectively managing and processing multi-billion-row datasets.
• Develop professional dashboards and define key metrics;
• Conduct A/B tests to identify hidden effects on food delivery consumer behavior, growth drivers & profitability metrics;
• Create reports and presentations for top & senior management;
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Quantitative Economics / Econometrics / Statistics / Computer Sciences / Finance;
• At least 2 years of working experience in Data & Analytics roles;
• Strong mathematical background in Statistics, Probability, Linear algebra, and Optimization Techniques;
• Experience in writing advanced SQL queries, handling structured and unstructured data, data wrangling, data visualization, and predictive modeling;
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques;
• Willingness to learn, curiosity, professionalism, dedication, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
   

Skills

Must Have

• Proficiency with BI Tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
• SQL (Window & Analytic functions, Nested Queries);
• Skills in Advanced Regression Modeling, Multivariate Analysis, Time Series Analysis, and application of Statistical Concepts (Hypothesis testing, A/B tests, Factor analysis / PCA).
   

Preferred

• Python (at least numpy, pandas, sklearn);
• Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data modeling and transformation;
• Experience with A/B testing;
• Background in leveraging machine learning to optimize A/B testing through adaptive experiments, user segmentation, and predictive analytics;
• Basic knowledge of ML techniques and their application in analytics.

• Preparation, configuration, and formatting of new devices (laptops, PCs, peripherals)
• Equipment accounting: issuance, receipt, preparation for reuse
• Support for users in solving basic and intermediate IT problems (hardware/software)
• Consulting on software use and configuration
• Employee onboarding/offboarding (configuring access, equipment, work environment)
• Registering and configuring devices in MDM (enrollment, compliance check)
• Checking devices for basic vulnerabilities and compliance with security policies 

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Understanding of software installation, configuration, and optimization principles
• Practical experience in formatting and preparing equipment for use
• Understanding of IT support processes and working with users
• Experience with MDM/endpoint management is a plus
• Ability to work with ticket systems (Jira, Service Desk, similar)
• Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change — at a practical level)
• Skills in working with scripts/automation (PowerShell/Bash — a plus)
• Knowledge of networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN (user-level troubleshooting)
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and user instructions
• Understanding of SSO/MFA/Conditional Access principles (at the level of use and basic settings)
• Experience with corporate SaaS services (password managers, collaboration tools)
