Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing PPC for lead generation, B2B services for the US/Canadian market.

• Comfort working with a CRM and lead lifecycle stages, and using that data to optimize campaigns

About the role and client:
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Node.js/AI engineer with strong experience in AI and Node development. You'll work with the product team to build AI assisted solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Integrate AI services (LLMs - classification systems, zero-shot, text generation, etc) into new and existing application architectures

How you will make an impact
 

• Manage and scale teams of Payments specialists (B2C, B2B), including building teams from scratch and driving their development
• Oversee payment operations across 10+ independent brands simultaneously
• Define, track, and optimize key KPIs (deposit decline reasons, withdrawal SLAs) using a data-driven approach
• Analyze performance and run A/B tests to improve payment flows and routing strategies
• Design, implement, and adapt payment flows and SLAs based on customer segmentation (e.g., VIP vs casual players)
