We are looking for a Prompt Spec Engineer who will define how our AI systems communicate, reason, and deliver high-quality outputs across products powered by LLMs.
 

You will be responsible for designing prompt/spec architectures, building evaluation systems, and ensuring that AI responses are consistent, reliable, and production-ready across RAG systems, AI agents, and automation workflows.

What you will do:
 

• Design and evolve prompt/spec architecture for AI products, LLM services, RAG systems, and AI agents, defining prompt structures, model behavior rules, response formats, and quality criteria.
• Develop, optimize, and adapt prompts for different LLMs and use cases, considering output quality, context limitations, cost, and system stability.
• Build and maintain AI evaluation processes including test scenarios, golden datasets, regression testing, and A/B experiments for LLM performance measurement.
• Analyze AI outputs, identify root causes of issues (hallucinations, missing context, retrieval problems, incorrect or unsafe responses), and define improvements.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and Product Managers to implement prompt solutions into production systems, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Work with LLM evaluation and monitoring tools (such as PromptFoo, Langfuse, and similar solutions) to track metrics, prompt versions, response quality, and system performance.
• Create and maintain structured documentation: prompt specs, evaluation frameworks, usage guidelines, limitations, and best practices for safe and reliable AI behavior.

What we expect from you:
 

• 2+ years of experience in LLM-related roles such as Prompt Engineering, AI Product Operations, AI Evaluation, or similar.
• Hands-on experience designing and optimizing prompts for different LLMs with a strong understanding of model behavior, strengths, and limitations.
• Experience building prompt/spec systems including prompt structure design, behavior rules, response formatting, testing, and versioning.
• Strong experience in AI evaluation: test case design, output analysis, issue detection, and iterative improvement of model performance.

When our agent flags that someone needs help, that has to land in the customer's system in seconds. That last mile is your job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build integrations between our voice agents (Retell AI) and customer systems: CRMs, alarm receiving platforms, ticketing tools
- Webhooks, REST APIs, serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Node.js), n8n workflows
- Write and tune agent prompts and conversation flows, then test them against real call scenarios

We're hiring a talented and experienced QA Automation Engineer who pairs deep automation skills with Upper C1 level English to help us raise the quality bar across our platform, products, and internal operations. In this role you'll build and own automated testing frameworks, verify that our features behave as intended, expand test coverage, and translate quality risks, defects, results, and release readiness into clear language for engineering, product, and business partners. Working side by side with cross-functional teammates in English, you'll help clarify requirements, break down technical problems into plain business terms, keep releases stable, cut manual effort, and speed up how quickly we ship dependable software.

What You'll Do

As our QA Automation Engineer, your day-to-day will include:
 

• Building Test Automation: Create and maintain automated scripts and frameworks that cover web apps, APIs, backend services, and data-driven workflows.
• Shaping Test Strategy: Turn product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business priorities into practical test plans, cases, and strategies.
• Functional & Regression Coverage: Run automated functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end suites so the product stays stable release after release.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

• Communication: Strong communication skills, and specifically fluent spoken English at an Upper C1 level—non-negotiable for explaining test results, quality risks, and technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

We're an iGaming product company building and operating white-label casino and betting platforms — web products, payment systems, and game integrations across dozens of brands;

Our QA function currently consists of 20+ manual QA engineers and a small automation team distributed across 7 product teams:

• Platform Core;

We're looking for a Head of QA to transform our quality assurance function from a reactive, manual-heavy process into a proactive, metrics-driven, automation-first practice;

This is a change-agent role, not a caretaker role. You'll own the QA strategy, rebuild processes, introduce and manage quality metrics, and drive the reduction of manual testing through automation and AI tooling;

You'll report to the CDO and work closely with PMs, development leads, and the Release Manager.
 

     👤 Our Criteria:

• 7+ years of experience in QA, including 3+ years leading QA teams of 10+ engineers across multiple product teams;
• Proven track record of transforming QA processes — you've moved at least one organization from reactive "firefighting" testing to proactive quality engineering through shift-left practices, risk-based testing, and quality gates in the delivery pipeline;
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing quality metrics: escaped defects, reopen rate, test coverage, time-in-QA, release timeliness — and using them to manage the team, not just report results;
• Strong experience building and scaling test automation: defining automation strategy, prioritizing automation based on ROI, growing AQA capacity, and integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines;
• Practical, demonstrable experience using AI tools in QA workflows — including test case generation, autonomous/agent-based testing, AI-assisted test maintenance, and LLM-based log and defect analysis. Not just "interested in" — but actual production usage with measurable results;
• Experience with QA estimation and capacity planning (estimates vs. actuals, workload balancing across teams);
• Strong understanding of testing web applications, APIs, and integrations; comfortable working with logs, API responses, and DB queries;

• Improve product stability: own escaped-defect analysis, drive root-cause investigations with development leads, and reduce reopen rates in the weakest-performing teams;
