You will be the architect of the "software delivery highway" for a project that deploys FE & BE code to Kubernetes, using Postgres and S3 resources hosted in AWS. The code repository is
hosted in Bitbucket, where the existing (inadequate) CI/CD pipelines run. The application is currently hosted on Vercel and we intend to migrate the runtime to Kubernetes.

• Understand how NextJS applications are typically configured and deployed to Kubernetes.
• You can define a build process for dynamic environments such as for QA which partitions resources per Jira epic, including set up and tear down of Postgres DB, S3 bucket and sensible configuration management, deploying code from a specific git branch.

• Rapid Prototyping & MVP Delivery: Quickly develop interactive prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) under tight deadlines to validate concepts and facilitate fast iteration.

Strategy & User Understanding:

• Align Design with Business Goals: Ensure all design solutions directly support core business objectives, KPIs, and the unique commercial drivers of the Skin Gambling/Casino platform.
• Utilize UX Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key UX metrics (CSAT, CES, NPS, Time on Task, Error Rate, SUS) to measure design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct User Research & Testing: Plan and execute appropriate user research (where feasible within constraints) and usability testing to validate designs and gather insights specific to the gambling audience.

Design Systems & Scalability:

• Build & Maintain Design Systems: Develop, document, govern, and evolve a scalable, consistent, and accessible design system for the platform to ensure efficiency and coherence across all products.
• Ensure UI Consistency: Champion and enforce design system usage and visual consistency across all features and platforms.
• Document Design Specifications: Create clear and detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines for seamless handoff to the engineering team.

Validation & Optimization:

• Design & Analyze A/B Tests: Create distinct design variations, collaborate on hypothesis development, and analyze results of A/B (split) and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Validate Design Hypotheses: Use data from tests, analytics, and user feedback to validate or refute design assumptions and guide iterative improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers (including the CPO), Engineers, Marketing, Stakeholders, and the Head of Design to define requirements, align on vision, and ensure the feasibility and quality of implementation.
• Present & Justify Design Solutions: Articulate design rationale, process, and decisions to stakeholders and team members, backed by research, data, and best practices.
• Facilitate Design Workshops: Lead collaborative sessions (e.g., design sprints, brainstorming) to solve complex problems and align the team.

AI & Technology Strategy

• Define, own, and continuously evolve Sprinterra's overall Technology and AI strategy at the company level
• Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to transition from traditional delivery models to AI Agents, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent automation
• Establish and govern a long-term AI transformation roadmap fully aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and market positioning
