• Ability to work with requirements, conduct requirements testing and exploratory testing, create checklists, test cases, and bug reports, prepare test run reports, and perform smoke and ad hoc testing. 
• Have experience in requirements analysis, test design, defect tracking, and supporting risk management processes.
• Understand why testing across different environments, operating systems, and browsers is necessary, and how to ensure it is done effectively.
• Be ready to work from the office in Kyiv, at least during the product onboarding stage and team integration.

Not required, but would be a plus if you have:

• Experience working with SaaS products or analytical platforms.
• Any experience in test automation, programming, or writing scripts to speed up tasks.
• Understanding of SQL or Cypher queries.
• Relevant QA certifications.

We’re looking for talented AI Animation & Post-Production Directors with hands-on experience creating animated video content using modern neural networks and AI tools. We value not only technical skills, but a strong directorial mindset and visual storytelling ability, including the capacity to translate a script into clear visual language and expressive character action.

Your responsibilities:

• Create animated AI videos (short formats, video scenes, concept reels)
• Develop storyboards / animatics (visual scene logic, building the narrative rhythm of the video)
• Define the style and references, test different approaches and tools
• Assemble videos from frames, AI generation, animated elements, effects, and transitions
• Edit videos: pacing, rhythm, storytelling, syncing with music/sound
• Work as part of a team: receive comments, implement revisions quickly, and bring tasks to a polished final result
• Maintain quality control (style consistency, cohesiveness, pacing, scene logic)

Our ideal candidate has:

• 1+ years of experience in video content creation / animation / AI video;
• Proven experience as a post-production or animation director;
• Ability to work with storyboards and translate scripts into engaging visual storytelling;
• A strong showreel (required) — examples specifically of AI/animated video work;
• Willingness to complete a test task;
• Hands-on experience using AI / neural networks in a production pipeline (not just “tried it once” — you use it consistently);
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to process feedback and comments professionally;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Responsibility and autonomy: able to organise your process independently, find solutions, and bring tasks to completion;
• Punctuality, reliability, and strong deadline management.

Additional skills & tools (nice to have):

• Motion design / VFX / compositing experience;
• Art direction background;
• Ability to do clean-up, upscaling, denoising, stabilisation, flicker control;
• Character animation / stylisation experience;
• Basic sound design skills: music selection and syncing with rhythm;
• Experience working with pipelines (Notion / Figma / Google Drive / Frame.io or similar tools);
• Understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts formats and fast-paced editing language.

Tools:
