Devico is looking for a IT Recruiter to work together with our team on vacancies from Trainee to Senior level. Most of the time, we work with technical roles for our clients, such as developers and QAs. You'll also have the opportunity to work on non-tech roles for our marketing and sales teams.

Joining us, you will be a part of the recruiting team and work closely with the HR team. Our recruiting team consists of a Head of Recruiting and a Middle Recruiter. We are also planning to hire a sourcer to work together on challenging vacancies. Each person works with 3-5 vacancies, depending on their complexity. We have weekly team meetings where we discuss new ideas and challenges we face, share experiences, and plan our work. Together with us, you can improve your expertise in IT recruiting and become a strong specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
• Source candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn and professional communities.
• Conduct pre-screen calls to assess both technical fit and soft skills of candidates.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

   

Requirements:

• Preferably 3+ year of experience in IT recruiting (we also consider candidates who have just completed recruiting courses).
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level for communicating with English-speaking candidates and managing documentation.
• Understanding of basic IT concepts, roles, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.

The Role
The company is seeking an AI-Native Performance Motion Designer to create engaging video and motion assets for paid social campaigns across multiple clients and industries.

This role is focused on creative production and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing UGC-style ads, short-form videos, native advertising content, and motion graphics using a combination of traditional design tools and cutting-edge AI technologies.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled motion designer with strong AI capabilities who enjoys exploring new tools, optimizing production workflows, and delivering high-quality creative at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume, high-quality video and motion creative for paid social campaigns, including UGC-style ads, short-form videos, motion-enhanced statics, and native advertising content.
- Create assets for multiple formats and placements, including 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Operate within an AI-powered production workflow, leveraging the latest AI video, image, voice, and editing tools.
- Edit and assemble video content using a combination of AI-assisted and traditional production techniques.
- Design and animate motion graphics and 2D visual elements to enhance creative assets.
- Apply strong visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and motion design principles.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or creative production.
- Strong experience creating paid social, digital advertising, short-form video, or UGC-style content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong expertise with modern AI creative tools and workflows.
- Experience with AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Higgsfield, or similar tools.
- Experience with image generation tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI voice and audio tools, including ElevenLabs or equivalent solutions.
- Experience with AI-assisted editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of visual design, motion, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving production workflows.
- Experience with 3D tools or animation is a plus.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design, video editing, or digital advertising work.

About the Project

The project is a product in the regulated medical software and medical devices domain, where quality, reliability and compliance are critical. We are looking for a QA Engineer who combines manual and automated testing and uses Python on a daily basis, to help ensure the product meets its quality and compliance goals throughout the development life cycle. The role also has some overlap with the PST time zone - work will be till 9 p.m. Kyiv time. 

Responsibilities

• Design, write and execute functional, regression and integration test cases across the product.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts and supporting tooling in Python on a day-to-day basis.
• Work within a regulated software development life cycle and keep test documentation, traceability and evidence in good order.
• Contribute to verification and validation activities and support release readiness.
• Report, track and verify defects with clear reproduction steps and severity assessment.
• Take part in performance and stress testing activities where they overlap with the role.
• Collaborate with developers, product and the client's stakeholders throughout the delivery cycle.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of overall QA experience.
• Manual and automation: hands-on experience in both manual testing and test automation.
• Python scripting: hands-on Python used day to day for test automation and tooling.
• Software life cycle: a solid understanding of the software development life cycle and structured QA processes.
• Standards and regulations: some knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and compliance practices, and a readiness to work within them.

Nice to Have

• Similar project experience: 1+ year on a similar (medical or regulated) project is a plus but not required.
• Medical devices experience: previous experience testing medical devices or medical software is ideal but not a must-have.
• Performance and stress testing: experience with load and stress testing and tools such as k6, JMeter or Locust.
• Automation tooling: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git and test reporting.
