About the Role:

 We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Writer to join our team and take ownership of our internal and external Knowledge Base. This is not your typical “just write docs” role — we expect you to heavily leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, custom models, etc.) to boost productivity and deliver faster, smarter documentation. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and other stakeholders to ensure our knowledge is clear, current, and easily accessible.

What You’ll Do:
 

• Create, update, and maintain content for our internal and customer-facing Knowledge Base (Confluence)
• Rapidly produce clear, well-structured, and accurate technical content with the help of AI
• Act as a knowledge curator — identify gaps, outdated materials, and opportunities for new documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather source information
• Set up AI-powered workflows for content generation, review, and maintenance
• Continuously experiment with and integrate new AI tools to improve documentation processes

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, and other core services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, validate, and refine requirements, ensuring they are clear, testable, and aligned with project goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of working experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in Automation Testing
• In-depth knowledge of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Scrum or similar Agile development processes
• Proficiency with Playwright or other JavaScript-based testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, WebDriverIO, Jest, Protractor), or an openness to learn Playwright
• Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into the build process
• Hands-on experience in Requirements testing, API testing, and Web testing
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
