We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Project Management skills and technical background. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business ideas into clear and detailed requirements, preparing technical specifications, and creating customer-facing documentation. You will work closely with development team leaders, managing Jira workflows and supporting the entire development lifecycle of ongoing projects. The position also involves coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth delivery across initiatives.

Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using industry best practices
- Translate business needs into user stories, specifications, and process documentation
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the lifecycle
- Manage roadmaps, backlogs, boards and reporting to ensure visibility and control of project progress
- Coordinate with development leaders to plan, prioritize, and track ongoing work
- Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on Project Management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of requirements management best practices and project delivery methods
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical experience working with Jira Cloud and related collaboration tools
- Experience working both with Agile and Waterfall environments
- Advanced level of English

- Champion compliance testing efforts to meet regulatory standards (e.g., MGA)
- Drive the API testing process for seamless game and platform integrations
- Collaborate effectively with Development, Product, Project Management, and Compliance teams to ensure top-tier product quality
- Participate actively in the hiring process for QA talent
- Prioritize testing activities aligned with business objectives and release schedules
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on the iGaming industry and slot game testing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA leadership or mentoring role
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes (STLC), and testing types
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective QA strategies
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
- Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Advanced use of Chrome DevTools and equivalent browser tools to reproduce complex issues, collect and analyze diagnostic artifacts (console, network, HAR), and perform accurate root cause analysis
