Retently is a Customer Experience Management platform for SaaS, E-commerce & Financial Services companies. Used by 1,000+ brands to collect, understand, track, and act on customer feedback (NPS, CSAT, CES). Web-based SaaS application with a mobile app in the works.
 

Agento is a managed hosting platform for AI agents. Founders, solopreneurs, and teams deploy AI agents that run 24/7, no Docker, no servers, no technical skills needed. Early-stage, growing fast, with 100+ agents deployed. Mobile app also planned.

About the Team:
Small, distributed team based in Moldova, working fully remote. No bureaucracy. You'll work directly with the founder and development team.

The Role:
We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to own quality across both Retently and Agento. This is primarily a manual testing role, but with a twist, we want someone genuinely excited about using AI tools (mainly Claude Code, ) to work smarter and faster. We'll provide all the subscriptions and tools you need. You'll be testing web applications now, with mobile (iOS) testing coming as we build out mobile apps for both products.

What you'll do:
- Own manual testing of new features, bug fixes, and releases across Retently and Agento 
- Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test suites - Perform exploratory testing to catch edge cases, regressions, and usability issues 
- Test across browsers and devices (web now, mobile coming soon) 
- Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, document, and verify bug fixes 
- Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow, generating test cases, analyzing requirements, writing documentation, automating repetitive tasks 
- Define and improve QA processes, testing standards, and release checklists 
- Participate in feature discussions and provide quality-focused input early in development 
- Identify areas where test automation would bring the most value

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing of web applications 
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies (test design techniques, risk-based testing, regression strategies) 
- Experience writing well-structured test plans and detailed bug reports - Familiarity with API testing (Postman or similar) 
- Comfortable with browser dev tools for debugging and network inspection 
- Experience testing complex SaaS or B2B web applications 
- Strong English communication skills (written, for documentation and team collaboration) 
- Self-driven, able to own QA end-to-end without hand-holding 
- Willingness to learn and actively use AI tools in your daily work, this is a must
