Requirements:

Professional Experience
— Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or executive role within fintech, crypto, FX exchange, or remittance businesses.
— Proven experience in scaling financial or crypto-related operations, ideally in OTC trading, currency exchange, or cross-border payment businesses.
— Strong background in OTC crypto trading operations, foreign exchange (FX), and money transfer services.
— Experience managing high-volume financial operations, with exposure to $50M+ monthly transaction volumes.
