About the Role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Outbound Specialist to build and run our LinkedIn-driven lead generation channel, targeting Enterprise AI companies in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run multi-touch outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email
• Write messaging that sounds like a human, not a template: hooks specific to vertical, stage, and trigger event — no automation-speak
• Run structured A/B tests; track connection accept rate, reply rate, positive reply rate, and meeting booked rate by sequence step
• Ship sequence v2 every 2–4 weeks based on data, not instinct

3. First-Touch Qualification

• Handle all replies from outbound sequences: follow up, answer questions, overcome first objections
• Qualify incoming interest against defined ICP criteria: budget signals, decision authority, project fit, timeline
• Book discovery calls and prep a qualification brief for the closer: who the prospect is, what triggered their interest, what they said about budget and scope
• Own the quality of what gets handed off — a bad meeting is worse than no meeting

4. CRM & Pipeline Discipline (Pipedrive)

• Create and maintain lead records from the moment a prospect replies
• Log key context: sequence used, reply trigger, qualification signal, next step
• Keep handoff data clean so the closer walks into every call with full context
• Track funnel conversion at each step: connection → reply → positive reply → meeting booked → SQL

5. Channel Performance & Iteration

• Run a weekly self-audit: where is the funnel leaking, which segment is converting, which sequence is dying
• Propose experiments with a defined hypothesis and success metric — not “let’s try something different”
• Treat your AI-assisted research and enrichment workflows as a product: versioned, documented, improvable

• Share what’s working with the Upwork Sales team; steal what works across directions.

Informed Decisions addresses this by combining IO psychology with data-driven product design- including statistical models, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities- to make interviews fairer, more consistent, and truly predictive of on-the-job success.

We help organizations improve interviewer skills, reduce bias, and connect hiring decisions to real post-hire outcomes. The product is live, the problem is real, and the work is technically interesting.

What You’ll Own

This is a full-stack product engineering role. You’ll work across the system with .NET and Python on the backend, APIs and integrations, AWS infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows embedded into real product features.

Your first major responsibility is taking full ownership of a live, production product- from database and backend services through APIs and application layers- currently developed with an external vendor. This includes deeply understanding what’s been built, identifying what needs to evolve, and establishing the engineering practices and standards that will carry the platform forward.

This is an active system with real users, real data, and real consequences. We’re looking for someone who can navigate this transition with technical rigor, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.

On the product side, you’ll design and ship features end to end. That means writing the code, making architectural calls, defining what “done” looks like, and owning production quality.

On the AI side, you’ll build workflows that integrate LLMs and AI services into the product in ways that are reliable, observable, and grounded in measurable hiring outcomes.

Beyond the core platform, you’ll make judgment calls about when a customer need belongs inside the platform and when a standalone tool or application is the right answer- and then you’ll build it.

Engagement Model

This role starts as an independent contractor engagement, scoped at approximately 50–70% capacity.

The intent is to increase scope and ownership over time, with a planned ramp toward full-time (100%) involvement within 6–12 months, based on mutual fit, impact, and company needs.

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications and services that interact with embedded systems, specifically using Ardupilot/PX4 or other similar platforms.

• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate C++ based software with embedded systems and sensors, enabling seamless data exchange and device control.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware integration issues, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and performant solutions.

• Utilize Python for up to 20% of development, mainly for scripting, testing, and automation tasks.
 

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in development with a focus on embedded systems, device programming, or hardware interfacing.

• Proven experience with Ardupilot/PX4 or similar platforms (e.g., Betaflight, iNav).

• Solid understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware-software interaction.

• Strong expertise in C++, with experience in performance optimization,

multithreading, and I/O operations in resource-constrained environments.

• Experience with Python for development, including scripting, testing, and automation, as well as its use in embedded systems.

• Experience with serial communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C).

• Experience in Linux/Unix environments and tools (e.g., Git, SSH, command-line utilities).
 

Will be a plus:

• Experience with single board PCs (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.).

• Knowledge of cloud technologies or IoT platforms (e.g., MQTT, AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT).

• Soldering and engineering skills.

• Experience with 3D printing.

CodeTiburon is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (LLM & AI Infrastructure) to join our team and work closely with one of our long-term clients.

About the project:

We are a deep-tech company building state-of-the-art LLM-based assistants augmented with knowledge graphs. The platform focuses on combining large language models with structured knowledge systems to create more accurate, reliable, and scalable AI assistants.
 

The project involves building robust backend infrastructure that powers AI applications, enabling scalable model inference, retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations within a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Architect, deploy, and operate scalable backend services and multi-tenant SaaS systems in Kubernetes-based cloud environments
• Design and operate high-throughput data pipelines (batch and streaming)
• Build APIs and services integrating LLM inference, retrieval systems, and knowledge graphs
• Productionize research-grade AI systems into reliable distributed systems
   

Requirements (Must Have):
 

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong experience with data pipelines and SaaS architectures
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. Candidates should be comfortable deploying, operating, scaling, and troubleshooting distributed applications on Kubernetes and have practical experience with its core ecosystem (networking, storage, observability, autoscaling, and CI/CD integration).
   

Nice to Have:
 

• Go and/or Scala experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM systems (RAG, model serving, evaluation)
• Experience with knowledge graphs, vector databases, or hybrid retrieval architectures
