What You’ll Do

• Build and improve backend features (Python/Django)
• Create new backend services
• Work on integrations with third-party systems
• Improve system quality, monitoring, and scalability
• Participate in A/B testing and product improvements
• Take part in on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks)

Requirements

• Experience with large-scale web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to support small JS/TS tasks
• Good communication skills (B2+ English)
• High ownership and independence
