We’re LeadWise, a lead generation agency. We help B2B companies (IT, services, consulting, creative studios) find relevant clients through LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.

We’re currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (Part-time, 20 hours/week) to strengthen our team and help build a structured outbound process 🚀

Key responsibilities:

• Research and build target lead lists based on ICP (LinkedIn, Apollo/databases, company websites) 🔎
• Collect and validate contacts (email/LinkedIn), basic data quality checks 🧹
• Write/adapt outreach messages (LinkedIn + email) for different segments ✍️
• Personalize first-touch messages (short, relevant, no fluff) 🎯
• Launch and manage campaigns, track limits, statuses, and replies ⚙️
• Track results in spreadsheets/CRM: replies, interest, booked calls 📊
• Work with the team to test hypotheses (messaging, segments, offers) and improve conversion rates 🧪
  
   

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in lead generation / SDR / recruiting research / outbound (a plus, but not always a must)
• Strong written English (B1+ minimum, B2 preferred) 🇬🇧
• High attention to detail (name/title/company/context - no avoidable mistakes 😄)
• Ability to work systematically: spreadsheets, statuses, deadlines, repeatable processes
• Willingness to learn fast and grow in outbound/lead gen 🌱
  
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apollo.io / Lemlist / Instantly / HubSpot / Pipedrive (or similar tools)
• Understanding of ICP, pain points, and value proposition
• Experience running A/B tests for outreach messages

What will you do:

• Own the product development lifecycle — drive the development and continuous improvement of the product, ensuring it solves real user problems and aligns with the long-term product vision.
• Shape and execute product strategy — define product priorities, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives that strengthen the product’s competitive advantage.
• Use data and market insights to guide decisions — analyze product and marketing performance, identify opportunities for growth, and turn insights into actionable product improvements.
• Own the user experience — deeply understand user needs through interviews, research, and product analytics, and translate these insights into meaningful product improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — collaborate with engineering, design, marketing to deliver high-impact product initiatives.
• Set clear goals and measure impact — define success metrics, track product performance, and ensure product initiatives drive measurable outcomes.

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Lead with a b2c product in a Tier-1 market;.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and running experiments;
• Experienced in leveraging AI tools for work purposes, such as building prototypes;
• Analytical thinking: comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and large data sets;
• Ability to set up team processes (workflow setup, backlog prioritization, roadmap creation);
• English level B2 or higher;
• Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
