About the Role 

Revenue Grid is looking for a strategic, analytical Product Marketing Manager to help shape our market narrative, lead go-to-market initiatives, and ensure customers clearly understand and realize the value of our platform. 

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong B2B SaaS product marketing expertise with a deep understanding of customers, use cases, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. 

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for buyers, customers, and internal teams. 

A key part of the role is developing a deep understanding of the market, customer pain points, and real-world use cases and connecting those insights to how Revenue Grid is positioned, launched, sold, and adopted. 

You’ll work most closely with Product Marketing leadership and collaborate with the broader Marketing team, with significant ownership across product launches, sales enablement, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and buyer research. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. 
• Own Positioning & Messaging: Create differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates customer value and translates complex technology into compelling stories for buyers, customers, and sales teams. 
• Ensure Messaging Consistency: Maintain consistent messaging across campaigns, website content, sales materials, customer communications, and product launches. 
• Drive Cross-Functional Launches: Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate launches, keep initiatives organized, and ensure alignment with business goals. 
• Enable Sales Teams: Create sales enablement assets including presentations, battlecards, customer stories, competitive materials, and other resources that help Sales communicate product value effectively. 
• Support Sales Training: Lead or support internal training on product messaging, product capabilities, customer use cases, and competitive positioning. 
• Drive Customer Marketing: Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to develop customer marketing programs that support adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. 
• Own Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and Marketing. 
• Research Buyers & Markets: Conduct ICP research, buyer and market persona research, customer interviews, and broader market research to deepen our understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behavior. 
• Be the Voice of the Market: Identify market trends and translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing. 
• Develop Thought Leadership: Create thought leadership content including blogs, solution briefs, executive presentations, and other market-facing materials. 
• Connect Product Value to Customer Use Cases: Build a deep understanding of the industry, product, customer pain points, and use cases, and adapt product value propositions to different customer scenarios. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ Years in Product Marketing: Strong Product Marketing experience within B2B SaaS environments. 
• Strong B2B SaaS Background: Proven experience marketing SaaS products to business customers. Candidates with primarily B2C or non-SaaS experience are not the target profile. 
• Positioning & Messaging Expertise: Proven success in developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for complex products. 
• Go-to-Market Experience: Hands-on experience building and executing GTM strategies for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. 
• Strong Market & Customer Insight: Experience using customer research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and buyer insights to influence product and marketing strategy. 
• Sales Enablement Experience: Experience creating sales enablement materials and supporting sales teams with messaging, competitive positioning, and customer-facing content. 
• Customer Marketing Experience: Experience developing customer marketing programs focused on adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.

About the Role

You’ll be joining a product team that builds and scales complex internal and user-facing products used by 1M+ users across Tier-1 markets. Our ecosystem includes mobile apps for iOS and Android, high-load backend services, and internal admin tools that support multiple business lines in social networking and streaming. This role is about deep product understanding, strong backend testing, and real influence on quality — not just checking boxes, but improving how fast and reliably we ship features at scale.

In this role, you will
 

• Perform manual testing of iOS and Android applications, ensuring a high-quality user experience across mobile platforms
• Conduct smoke, sanity, regression, and functional testing for new features, releases, and product updates
• Validate backend functionality using API tools and databases, primarily MongoDB
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, test plans, and bug reports
• Investigate, reproduce, and analyze defects, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Test and validate A/B experiments, ensuring accurate implementation and reliable results
• Work with internal systems, including admin panels and supporting tools, to verify end-to-end functionality
• Prepare testing reports and provide clear visibility into product quality and release readiness
• Drive continuous improvements in testing processes, coverage, efficiency, and overall product quality
  
  It’s all about you
   
• 3+ years of experience in Mobile QA with hands-on testing of iOS and Android applications
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, client-server interactions, and mobile testing best practices
• Experience with smoke, sanity, regression, and functional testing of mobile applications
• Practical experience in backend testing using API tools and databases, preferably MongoDB
• Experience working with cross-platform mobile applications (iOS / Android)
• Hands-on experience with proxy and traffic inspection tools such as Charles, Proxyman, or Fiddler
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports
• Experience working with test management systems such as Qase, TestRail, or similar solutions
• Strong bug investigation and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for test case creation, test documentation, requirements analysis, and defect investigation
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and SDLC
• Experience with MongoDB Compass
• Experience using Android Studio for testing and debugging

In this role, you will

• Own and scale Snapchat Ads campaigns (with a clear path to expanding into TikTok and Meta) against ROMI, spend, and growth KPIs
• Drive the creative process end-to-end: generate hypotheses, brief the creative team, and control quality through data-driven iterations
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily across core metrics — CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, LTV
• Design and test hypotheses across audiences, bidding strategies, creative formats, and funnels
• Use AI tools actively for analytics, creative ideation, and automating routine work
• Prepare and present test strategy, results, and plans — at internal checkpoints, to your manager, and in external cross-team and product-marketing meetings

It's all about you

• 1.5-2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising for mobile apps
• Hands-on experience with social ad platforms — TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, or similar
• Solid grasp of core UA math — CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, LTV, and unit economics
• Experience building a creative process and testing hypotheses — creatives, audiences, campaign optimization
• Confident use of AI tools in daily work — for analytics, creative and copy generation, and process automation — with the ability to write sharp prompts and critically evaluate results
• Strong communication skills — able to present strategy, results, and plans clearly and logically, both within the team and externally
• High autonomy — comfortable finding information and solutions independently, learning fast, and owning tasks end-to-end
• English at Intermediate (B1+) or higher

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will help build and evolve video collaboration software used every day in conference rooms at some of the world’s largest companies. You’ll work on products developed for a globally recognized manufacturer of computer peripherals and software, whose portfolio spans PC navigation devices, video communication and collaboration tools, audio products, smart home solutions, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customize, enhance, and optimize AOSP for enterprise video collaboration and conferencing devices
• Design, develop, and maintain Android framework components, system services, and platform features
• Work on low-level Android subsystems, including Camera, Display, Audio, Media Framework, Connectivity, and Hardware Abstraction Layers (HALs)
• Develop and integrate platform-level APIs, services, middleware, and SDK components
• Debug and resolve complex issues spanning Android applications, framework layers, native services, kernel interfaces, and hardware interactions
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Firmware, QA, and Partner Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Prototype and evaluate new platform capabilities using the latest Android platform releases, APIs, and SDKs

• Maintain, patch, and optimize custom Chromium WebView builds integrated into AOSP to ensure reliable execution of web-based collaboration applications

   

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Java and Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with AOSP customization and Android framework development
• Experience with Android IPC mechanisms, including AIDL, Binder, JNI, and system services
• Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization
• Proven experience debugging complex issues across Android framework, native services, middleware, and hardware layers
• Strong knowledge of operating system concepts, data structures, networking, and system design
• Proficiency with Android build systems, Git, Android Studio, Gradle, and CI/CD workflows
• Experience working with media technologies such as Camera2, MediaCodec, audio/video pipelines, streaming, and real-time communications
• Strong analyzing logs and traces using tools such as Logcat, Perfetto, Systrace, Tombstones, ANR traces, and native crash dumps
• Experience writing Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and UI/Automation Tests to ensure software quality
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level with confidence in daily communication with international teams
• Experience with WebRTC, browser engines, and real-time communication platforms (nice to have)
