Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in Retention, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
• Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Optimove, Xtreme Push, or similar tools.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Lead to take ownership of building the outbound sales direction of our web development studio from the ground up.

The main focus of the role is to create a structured and scalable outbound system — from ICP, target markets and channels to outreach processes, tools, automation, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

You will also work with inbound opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to client growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the outbound sales direction from the ground up.
• Define ICPs, target segments, and priority international markets.
• Select and develop outbound channels, tools, and outreach approaches.
• Build repeatable cold outreach workflows, sequences, and follow-up processes.
• Test sales hypotheses and continuously improve outreach and conversion.
