A vital part of the role will be working closely with the ManageBac development team, answering queries, writing detailed stories, ensuring the product roadmap is delivered, and working closely with the Director of Product Management to assist in determining the roadmap via careful assessment of customer, support and sales teams feedback to make informed decisions. Coordinating multiple teams and time zones, this high-communications position requires strong attention to detail to ensure all dependencies are satisfied and that new features are smoothly developed and handed off to the engineering department.
