• Projects with clients across Europe and North America across FinTech, Logistics, Hospitality, E-commerce, Legal, Music, and other industries.
• Transparent processes, flat management structure, and a supportive team culture.

About the Role

• We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to become one of the strongest technical contributors on the team.
• The single most important thing we’re looking for is experience scaling a SaaS product. We want someone who has already seen what happens as a live platform grows: increasing complexity, technical debt, scaling bottlenecks, evolving data models, unreliable integrations, and engineering decisions that worked at one stage but became expensive at the next.

• This is a hands-on senior engineering role with strong technical leadership expectations. You will design and write production code, own substantial systems end to end, influence architectural decisions, challenge technical direction when needed, and raise the engineering level of the people around you.

Project

• FinTech SaaS platform built for the restaurant and hospitality industry. Our products handle tip pooling and payouts, payroll, reporting and compliance, labor and operational data, and integrations with the systems hospitality businesses already use. The platform is live, serves thousands of customers and moves millions of dollars.

Required Hard Skills

• Several years operating at Senior Engineer level on a SaaS product that grew significantly while you were there. You have seen a system become meaningfully bigger and understand the problems that tend to arrive next.
• Strong Python and Django / Django REST Framework experience, or deep experience in a closely comparable backend stack.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience, with the ability to work effectively across backend and frontend when required.
• Strong PostgreSQL and data modeling skills. You should be comfortable designing schemas that can evolve as the business grows into new products and safely changing them once they contain production data.
• Production experience with asynchronous and distributed workloads using Celery or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of API design and third-party integrations, including failure handling, retries, idempotency, data consistency, reconciliation, and situations where the system on the other side is unreliable or outside your control.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions inside a large existing codebase rather than only designing systems from scratch.
• Experience identifying and addressing performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability problems before they become critical.
• Strong testing practices and experience safely evolving systems that must remain operational while they are being changed.
• Production experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, error tracking, and observability.
• Strong Linux knowledge.
• Sound judgment about technical debt: knowing the difference between an acceptable shortcut and one that will create significant problems later, and being able to improve a system while it remains in production.
• Everyday experience with using AI agents for work (Claude Code or Codex). Familiar with configuring AI toolset, understanding pros and cons of modern AI.

Current Stack

• Django / DRF, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Docker, Traefik, Datadog, Sentry, Mailgun, GitHub Workflows.
• Next.js, MUI, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Zod, Vitest.

Nice to Have

• FinTech or financial systems experience, particularly payments, payouts, ledgers, reconciliation, payroll, banking, audit trails, or other systems where financial correctness matters.
• Experience with restaurant or hospitality technology, including POS, scheduling, workforce management, payroll, or similar systems.
• Experience with high-volume or business-critical third-party integrations.
• Experience improving a system with meaningful legacy code or technical debt while the product remained actively developed.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Experience improving engineering practices across a team rather than only within your own work.
• Experience as a Senior Engineer in a company of roughly 20–200 people, where your role included helping decide what technical work actually mattered.

Required Soft Skills

• Ability to take technical ownership beyond your own tickets and think about the health of the product and engineering system as a whole.
• Strong engineering judgment and the confidence to challenge technical decisions constructively, including decisions made by Staff Engineers and engineering leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity. Problems will not always arrive fully specified, and part of your job is asking the questions that make them clear before code gets written.
• Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs clearly to engineers, Product, and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong teaching mindset. You explain your reasoning, document important decisions, review code seriously, and make the engineers around you better rather than becoming the only person who understands a difficult system.
• Comfortable taking leadership during difficult technical situations without waiting for someone else to define every step of the solution.
• Strong written communication and self-direction. The team is distributed across Canada and Europe with limited live overlap, so you need to communicate clearly asynchronously and drive your own work.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own substantial systems end to end

• Take meaningful problems that have been identified but not fully solved and work with Staff Engineers and Product to determine the right technical approach.
• Own complex initiatives from problem definition through design, implementation, migration, testing, rollout, and production monitoring.
• Design not only for the expected path, but also for what happens when something goes wrong in production.

• Remain responsible for the systems you build once they are carrying real customer data and real money.

2. Help strengthen the architecture of a growing product

• Work closely with Staff Engineers and the VP of Engineering on architectural decisions and technical direction.
• Understand the existing architecture and identify where today’s decisions may create tomorrow’s problems.
• Identify areas where the platform may struggle as product complexity, integrations, customers, data volume, and transaction volume increase.
• Challenge architectural decisions constructively when you see a better approach.

• Help evolve the architecture incrementally through small, safe improvements rather than unnecessary rewrites or over-engineering.

3. Protect correctness, reliability, and engineering quality

• Treat financial correctness as a first-class engineering concern.
• Design for reconciliation and auditability: how we prove a number is correct, understand how it was produced, and detect discrepancies before customers do.
• Use Datadog, Sentry, logs, production data, and other signals to identify recurring problems and their root causes.
• Improve observability, error handling, testing, deployment safety, performance, and operational reliability.

• Make sure recurring production problems are solved systematically rather than repeatedly patched.

4. Own technically difficult areas of the product

• Lead work involving complex third-party integrations, asynchronous workflows, data synchronization, reconciliation, migrations, and failure recovery.
• Design systems that behave predictably when external APIs fail, requests are duplicated, jobs execute late, or data arrives in an unexpected state.
• Work closely with Product to make technical feasibility and engineering constraints visible before implementation begins.

• Help break large technical initiatives into safe, incremental pieces that can be built, migrated, and released without unnecessarily putting the existing platform at risk.

5. Make the case for important technical work

• Identify technical debt, platform investment, reliability work, and architectural improvements that may not naturally appear on the product roadmap.
• Distinguish between debt that can safely remain and debt that is materially affecting reliability, engineering speed, or future product development.
• Make the business and technical case for that work using evidence rather than engineering preference alone.

• Help sequence improvements so they support product development rather than competing with it unnecessarily.

6. Raise the level of the engineering team

• Be a strong technical reference point for other engineers.
• Review architecture, designs, and pull requests with a focus on correctness, reasoning, and long-term maintainability.
• Explain why you would make a decision differently rather than simply leaving a verdict.
• Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, technical discussions, and example.
• Document important knowledge and decisions so understanding stays with the team rather than with one individual.

• Take leadership when a difficult technical problem crosses multiple areas or engineers.

7. Remain hands-on

• Design and write production code across the backend and frontend.
• Take direct ownership of technically difficult or risky work when appropriate.
• Debug difficult production issues and establish their root causes.
• Read and understand the existing codebase before changing it.

• Build enough direct knowledge of the platform to ensure your technical decisions are grounded in how the system actually works.

Who this position is not for

• This is not a role for someone whose definition of seniority is simply delivering more complicated tickets.
• If you prefer receiving clearly defined tickets and technical solutions and then implementing them, this role will probably be frustrating.
• It is not a management role. You won’t have direct reports or headcount responsibility. Leadership here comes through technical ownership, judgment, mentoring, reviews, and influence.
• It is also not a Staff Engineer role. Our Staff Engineers and VP of Engineering set the overall technical direction and architecture. You will help shape that direction, challenge it when needed, and fully own the design and implementation of substantial systems within it.
• It is not a greenfield role. You will be joining a live platform with thousands of customers and a roadmap that does not pause while technical improvements are made. Much of the work involves understanding existing systems, migrating them safely, and improving them incrementally rather than replacing them.
• If you naturally ask what happens when the system gets significantly larger, how it fails, how we know the data is correct, and what today’s shortcut will cost us a year from now, you’ll recognize the work.

Things You Should Know Before Applying

• The engineering challenge is no longer simply building features quickly. It is continuing to ship while improving reliability, scalability, architecture, and the technical foundation required for significant year-over-year growth
• There is technical debt. Part of your job is determining which debt actually matters, making its impact visible, and helping address it without stopping product development.
• Requirements will sometimes be incomplete. We expect you to help shape the solution rather than wait for perfect specifications.

• You will be expected to disagree when necessary, propose better approaches, and explain the reasoning behind them.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Fluent or strong professional English.

What Success Looks Like

You become the person who fully understands both sides of the hiring process: what the client actually needs and what is happening in the candidate market.

Clients trust you to understand their requirements, present relevant candidates, organize the process, and give them honest market feedback.

At the same time, recruiters internally have a clear understanding of what they should search for, why candidates are accepted or rejected, and how the vacancy is evolving.

We are a product development team within a holding company. We develop and grow our own VPN service.

We buy traffic for a VPN service - directly from movie and streaming sites and through pop, native and banner networks. We are looking for a buyer who already has something to work with: publisher contacts or collected blacklists and whitelists.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- buy traffic through pop, native and banner networks;
- find and secure direct placements on movie / streaming / entertainment sites;
- negotiate with site owners and network account managers;
- work with banner, sticky banner, native and popunder formats;
- negotiate CPM deals and fixed placements;
- maintain blacklists and whitelists: cut junk zones, add the ones that convert;
- track CAC, ROI and traffic quality, and scale whatever turns profitable.

REQUIREMENTS:

- experience as a Media Buyer or Affiliate Manager;
- experience buying VPN traffic through at least one of two routes:
 * pop, native and banner networks, with blacklists and whitelists you built;
 * direct placements on movie / streaming / entertainment sites;
- ability to find and test new sources on your own.

NICE TO HAVE:

- both routes at once: your own publisher base and ready lists across networks;
- contacts of webmasters at major movie and streaming sites;
- experience with utilities, subscriptions or other digital products.

GEO:

Worldwide, with Europe and LATAM as priorities.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- a fixed rate plus performance bonuses;
- uncapped budgets to scale the sources that work;
- fully remote work and fast decisions.

HOW TO APPLY:

Reply in two or three lines:

- where you bought VPN traffic: which networks, and which sites directly;
- whether you have your own blacklists and whitelists, and for which GEOs  and networks they were built.

We're hiring a Project Manager (Pod Lead) for our Newsletter Operations team. You'll report to the Operations Manager and lead a pod of Email Marketing Specialists. You'll work closely with Broadcast Managers, QA Managers, designers and writers.

Your job is to make sure things that get started actually get finished. That means SOPs get learned and used, triggered workflows turn into real work, and marketers learn to solve problems on their own. You're the first check between the marketers' work and the Operations Manager. Anything you send up should already include context, analysis and a suggested next step.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment, managing cross-functional teams in a process-driven setting (newsletter, marketing or content operations preferred).
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills: you can run case reviews and 1:1s that build skills, not just check status
• Structured problem-solving: you can turn a vague issue into a clear analysis with a suggested action
• Comfortable tracking health checks, SOP rollouts, growth triggers, paused newsletters, transfers at once, without dropping any
• Good judgment on what to fix within the team and what really needs to go up
• Experience giving clear, useful feedback to marketers, writers or designers
• Very organized and detail-oriented

We’d love to have you join our team of talented professionals!

Media Miami is seeking a Senior Production Project Manager to own production delivery. The role manages the design team, owns coordination with the content, tech, and marketing teams, and is accountable for the output of the production function.

Production runs to a fixed schedule with a continuous stream of unplanned requests arriving on top of it. Meeting committed deadlines under that load, and strengthening the workflows that support them, is the core of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Production and Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of production output, from incoming request through launch.
• Maintain the production schedule (scope, owner, and delivery date for every item in progress) and allocate team capacity against priority.
• Assess ad hoc requests, sequence them against committed work, and confirm revised dates with the requesting team.
• Own handoffs with the content, tech, and marketing teams and resolve cross-team dependencies before they affect the schedule.

• Escalate delivery risk with a proposed mitigation before the deadline is affected.

Design Team

• Manage the design team: workload allocation, task assignment, and delivery control.
• Review output against the brief and return work with defined corrections where standards are not met.

• Resolve blockers on tooling access, source materials, and conflicting instructions from other departments.

Process and Documentation

• Own the production workflow and maintain its SOPs, templates, and checklists in Notion.
• Identify the root cause of recurring delays and defects and implement corrective process changes.

• Standardize and document the workflow so that delivery does not depend on manual follow-up.

Requirements

Must Have

• 4+ years in project, production, or delivery management.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery across several dependent teams.
• Experience managing designers or a comparable creative team, including quality review.
• Track record of meeting committed deadlines in a high-volume environment with frequent unplanned requests.
• Experience building and restructuring operational processes and SOPs, not only executing them.
• Experience with task management systems: Notion, Asana, or equivalent.
• Fluent Ukrainian, the working language of the team. English sufficient for documentation, tooling, and U.S. market content.

• Availability during CET business hours.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Notion as the primary work system.
• Agency background with high project volume and compressed timelines.
• Experience in media, newsletters, performance marketing, or affiliate.
• Daily use of AI tools in the workflow: GPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork.
• Experience with Obsidian or a comparable knowledge base.
• Figma at a working level: comments, handoff, version history.
• Basic experience working with code.
• Experience with workflow automation tools: Make, Zapier, n8n.
• Ability to evaluate design output against a brief without acting as art director.

• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent) or completed PM coursework.

What We Offer

We look forward to meeting you!

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to develop enclosures and physical product designs for interactive robotics and electronic devices.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys turning ideas into real physical products — from early concepts and CAD models to functional prototypes and designs ready for small-batch manufacturing.

You will work on products of different sizes and form factors for both consumer and commercial environments, combining mechanical engineering, industrial design, prototyping, and design for manufacturing.

We highly value a practical engineering mindset and hands-on experience: building prototypes, testing different solutions, identifying mechanical issues, and improving designs through iteration.

What you will do

• Develop enclosure concepts, external styling, and internal layouts that balance appearance, usability, durability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Create parametric 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
• Design mounting features, fasteners, structural elements, and service access.
• Integrate PCBs, displays, microphones, speakers, sensors, cables, and other electronic components into mechanical designs.
• Account for tolerances, ventilation, thermal requirements, cable routing, and assembly constraints.
• Produce and test 3D-printed prototypes.
• Evaluate prototypes and iteratively improve fit, surface finish, stability, durability, and ease of assembly.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes based on product requirements.
• Adapt designs for repeatable fabrication and small-batch production.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
• Collaborate closely with electronics engineers and fabrication partners to resolve integration and manufacturing issues.
• Maintain CAD revisions and prepare clear manufacturing and assembly documentation.

What we are looking for

• A portfolio of physical products, electronic enclosures, robotics, or similar devices that you have personally designed and helped build.
• Strong experience with a parametric CAD tool such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or Onshape.
• Practical experience with 3D printing and physical prototyping.
• Good understanding of wall thickness, tolerances, part orientation, fastening methods, and material behaviour.
• Experience designing assemblies and integrating electronic components into physical products.
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
• Ability to combine good industrial design judgement with sound mechanical engineering decisions.
• Ability to troubleshoot physical prototypes and improve designs through practical iteration.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to clearly explain and document technical and design decisions.

Formal commercial experience is not the only thing we value. If you have designed and built your own robotics, electronics, consumer devices, enclosures, or other physical products, we would be interested in seeing your work.

Nice to have

• Experience with injection moulding.
• CNC machining.
• Silicone moulds or vacuum casting.
• Surface finishing techniques.
• Acoustic enclosure design.
• Thermal enclosure design and ventilation.
• Experience developing compact consumer electronics.
• Experience with robotics or connected devices.
• Experience preparing mechanical designs for small-batch or serial production.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to work directly with the Head of Project and take full ownership of execution across our most important revenue-driving initiatives.

This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who doesn’t just coordinate work—but owns outcomes end-to-end. You will diagnose problems, make decisions, and deliver results without relying on handoffs.

This is not a support or coordination role. It is a core operations position for someone who is fast, structured, and obsessed with execution quality. The two things we measure above everything else are speed and quality.

We are a fast-growing operation, and this role is critical to how quickly we scale. The right person will eliminate bottlenecks, bring clarity to execution, and ensure that high-priority work gets done—properly and on time.

 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations/ COO role, preferably in marketing/digital marketing/affiliate
• Notion expert — you build, structure, and maintain systems in it
• Proven experience building and rolling out SOPs across teams
• Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects without compromising quality
• Solid understanding of marketing and growth operations
• Excellent English (C1 or above), written and verbal
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and fast — you don’t need repetition and don’t repeat mistakes

• Strong ownership mentality over processes and outcomes, not just tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, or similar)
• Background in media, newsletters, affiliate, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, or Airtable

Responsibilities

Project and Task Execution

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects — diagnose, decide, and deliver without handoffs
• Execute high-priority projects from brief to completion with full ownership of delivery
• Track all active projects, flag delays early, and proactively push work to completion
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across marketing, operations, and tech
• Maintain constant visibility: always know what’s happening, what’s stuck, and what’s next.

Operational Frameworks and SOPs

• Build and roll out SOPs so the team can execute consistently and independently
• Create scalable operational frameworks that reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
• Identify slow or broken processes and fix them with systems, not workarounds
• Go beyond identifying issues — diagnose and implement solutions
• Own Notion as the central operational hub: structured, accurate, and always up to date
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation that reflect reality at all times

Strategic Execution Support

• Turn priorities from the Head of Project into clear, actionable plans with owners and deadlines
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and follow-through
• Support monetization, growth, and automation initiatives with structured execution
• Conduct research and deliver tight, actionable summaries for fast decision-making

Documentation and Knowledge Management

• Document every process and recurring task directly in Notion
• Write clear, concise instructions that anyone on the team can follow without guidance
• Build and maintain a knowledge base that scales with the team and reduces onboarding friction

Who Fits This Role

You thrive in high-responsibility environments where you’re trusted to own outcomes, not just execute tasks. You naturally take initiative, solve problems at the root, and push work across the finish line without being chased.

You bring structure to chaos, build systems that scale, and maintain them because you know execution quality depends on it. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and consistently deliver at a high standard.

What It Means to Be Part of Our Team

• Multinational and intercultural experience
• Corporate library
• Work alongside a high-performing team
• Strong growth opportunities
• Exposure to cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
• Competitive salary
• Team activities (football, basketball, tennis, board games, and more)
• Performance-based bonuses
• 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
• Work-life balance
• Cozy office in Warsaw available anytime
• Snacks, coffee, tea, fruits, and more
• Supportive and driven teammates

Interested?

We’re always looking for driven, curious, and execution-focused people to join our team.

If this sounds like you — we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Head of Growth & New Ventures /Founding Lead to build and run our next wave of revenue and growth ventures — each one owned the way a founder owns a company. This is a founder-level role that sits beside the founders, not beneath them. You will take the bets that matter most to the business, form your own conviction about how to win, build the team and the machine to execute, and own the outcome end to end — including the number.

This is not a delivery or coordination seat. It is a build-and-own role for someone who thinks like an owner: take a raw opportunity, decide whether and how to pursue it, stand up the venture, take it to market, and either scale it or kill it on the evidence. The initiatives will span newsletters, affiliate and performance marketing, and SaaS and tech — sometimes several at once, each effectively its own company-within-the-company. You will use every tool available to move faster and think sharper, and that includes AI.

We move fast and we build businesses that matter. The right person treats each initiative as if their own capital were on the line. If you have founded, built, or run a venture or business line — taken something from zero to revenue and owned the result — and you want to do that repeatedly inside a company where your bets are visible and your impact is real, this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Venture ownership, end to end

You own new revenue ventures the way a founder does — shape the thesis, validate the bet, build it, launch it, and decide whether to scale or shut it down. You carry the P&L, set the strategy, and run go-to-market and unit economics. You'll manage a portfolio of bets simultaneously and make the call on where to double down and where to cut.

Founder-level partnership

You sit beside the founders as a peer — challenging the thesis, bringing your own, and co-owning direction. You bring decision-ready thinking: the upside, the risk, the recommendation. You surface hard truths early and close the loop on every commitment with owner accountability, not manager compliance.

Building teams and organisations

You hire and build the founding team for each venture — recruiting and setting the bar the way a founder hires their first ten. You build culture and operating rhythm from zero, coordinate shared resources without formal authority, and lead by conviction rather than control.

Speed, conviction, and smart tooling

You move with founder urgency, make decisions on incomplete information, and own them. You use AI and automation as leverage to compress timelines and do more with smaller teams — and you stay ahead of the tooling landscape without being pointed to it.

Building the operating system for new ventures

You build the machine that lets the company stand up ventures repeatedly: playbooks, infrastructure, SOPs, and decision logs so every new bet starts from a running start. You own the toolstack, fix systemic bottlenecks at the root, and document so any venture can be handed off or scaled without the knowledge walking out.

Owning the number

You define the economics that determine whether each venture lives — unit economics, payback, growth efficiency — and build reporting that tracks them from day one. You allocate people and budget like an owner, run honest post-mortems, and report to the founders the way a founder reports to a board: no spin, no sandbagging, no surprises.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must-have

• A founder or operator who has built and owned something — started a company or business line, or taken a 0-to-1 initiative end to end with real commercial ownership and a number attached
• 5 to 7+ years building and running ventures, new business lines, or complex commercial initiatives where you owned the outcome, not just the delivery
• Proven track record taking something from zero to revenue: thesis, build, launch, and the decision to scale or stop, with results to show for it
• Comfortable owning a P&L and the economics of what you build — you think in returns, not just timelines
• Able to partner with founders as a peer: form your own view, challenge theirs, and co-own the direction
• Has built and led teams from early stage — hiring the first people, setting the bar, and holding the line
• Comfortable using AI and automation as leverage — an expectation, not a specialism — to move faster and do more with less
• Range across diverse venture types — media, affiliate or performance marketing, SaaS or tech — or a demonstrated ability to ramp into an unfamiliar domain and still own the outcome
• Excellent English, written and verbal (C1 or above)

• Decisive, structured, and accountable. You form a view fast, you make the call, and you own where it lands.

Nice to have

• You have founded or co-founded a company — including one that did not work out (we read that as evidence, not a strike)
• Background in newsletter, media, affiliate, or SaaS environments
• P&L or general-management experience for a product, brand, or business unit
• Familiarity with no-code, low-code, and automation tooling (Make, Zapier, or comparable) as part of building fast and lean
• Technical fluency sufficient to set product direction and pressure-test engineering without translation

• Experience building a new-ventures, incubation, or 0-to-1 function from scratch

WHO FITS THIS ROLE

You think like an owner, not an employee. You've built something real under pressure and know the difference between running a project and running a business.
You don't need a thesis handed to you — give you a rough space and you come back with the bet, the rationale, and how to validate it cheaply. You'd rather kill a bad idea fast than manage it slowly.
You use AI and available tools as leverage to find the fastest path to revenue with a smaller team. You work with founders as a peer, tell them when they're wrong, and communicate with the clarity of someone who owns the outcome.
You hire ahead of the curve and set the standard with your own output.

WHAT YOU GET

• Multinational and intercultural experience
• Corporate library
• A world-class team to work with
• Growth opportunities
• Cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
• Competitive salary
• Common team activities (football, basketball, tennis, board games, and more)
• Bonuses according to the policy
• 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
• Work-life balance
• Cozy office in Warsaw available for you whenever you need it

• Coffee, tea, sweets, fruits, and more snacks
