Jobs at Djinni

We are looking for an experienced VIP Account Manager who has worked with high-roller clients in gaming. You don't just service accounts — you manage your own portfolio of high-value players and are responsible for your results. You will build a long-term retention strategy and actively work on increasing players' lifetime value.
Sounds like a challenge for you? Then check out the details below.

We are looking for a Day Shift VIP Manager who will provide 24/7 support for our top clients. Schedule: 2/2, 10:00–22:00 (EEST).

What you will do

• Manage your own portfolio of VIP players and build an individual approach to each one
• Independently make decisions regarding personalized offers and rewards within established limits. Escalate only critical cases to the Shift Lead
• Monitor player activity and act proactively: notice changes in behavior, choose the right action, and launch it
• Be the first to reach out with offers, event invitations, or simply to check in. Don't wait for the player to write first
• Hand over the shift to the night team so that nothing gets lost: report what happened, who needs follow-up, and what remains open
• Quickly escalate technical questions and account issues to the Support team and keep the Product team informed about the issues your players encounter most often

Your superpowers

• 2+ years of experience working with your own portfolio of paying clients, including at least one year with a high-value segment. Experience working with VIP players in gaming is a strong signal, but a clear transition from Support or Account Management into VIP is also suitable
• You are used to having your work evaluated based on specific metrics. Retention, reactivation, deposit frequency, and LTV are familiar metrics to you, and you understand how they affect the performance of your portfolio. In your intro message, name two metrics that you personally managed to improve and explain how you achieved it
• Practical experience working with CRM and customer engagement platforms (Customer.io or equivalents), ticketing systems (Intercom, LiveChat, Jira or equivalents), and analytical dashboards for segmentation
• You don't just answer questions but anticipate what the client will need next. Communication quality is evaluated, so this is not simply a nice-to-have
• You can independently make decisions in non-standard situations without waiting for approval and take responsibility for their outcomes
• Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory

Bonus Points

• You are part of the CS/CS2 gaming community
• Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage

Team Perks

• PRO&BRO team, with whom it's great to create new gaming universes
• Fully remote from anywhere in the world. If you prefer coworking, we will compensate for its cost
• Workspace upgrade with a budget for purchasing the necessary equipment
• Flexible schedule without time trackers, as we are focused on results
• Semi-annual bonus for team members as recognition of shared achievements
• Wellness boost for gym, yoga, dancing, massage, psychologist, and more to support your balance and energy
• Skill development with the Yoda internal knowledge-sharing project, compensation for education, certifications, English and Ukrainian language courses, and access to AI tools
• Days off and gifts for important dates that you choose yourself (birthday, work anniversary, birth of a child, wedding)
• JAM activities: twice-yearly workations in different parts of the world, cool offline team-building, CS2 and Dota tournaments, quizzes, lectures, and many other team events
• As well as relocation, a parents' policy, a referral program, and many other opportunities and perks

In the first phase, you will work hands-on with user inquiries to get to know the product, internal processes, and our audience. What you'll do

• Handle user requests personally during the initial phase to master the product and processes
• Build, manage, and develop the Customer Support team
• Distribute workload, monitor quality, review errors, and give regular feedback
• Handle complex, escalated, and VIP cases
• Create and improve guidelines, processes, and scripts
• Prepare analytics and reports on team performance

• Work closely with Payments, Fraud/Risk, KYC, Product, and CRM teams

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor in Customer Support within iGaming, online casino, or sweepstakes casino
• Solid understanding of the gambling industry and Customer Support processes
• Russian and English at C1 level (fluent written and spoken)
• Team management experience: workload distribution, quality control, error analysis, and feedback
• Experience with complex and conflict cases and VIP players
• Knowledge of casino products: bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, Responsible Gaming, account restrictions, and common user issues
• Experience creating and improving documentation, processes, and scripts
• Analytical skills and reporting experience

Independence, accountability, and readiness to make decisions

The role

We're not hiring a copywriter who takes 30 briefs a week and returns 30 scripts. We're looking for someone who understands why content spreads and can turn that understanding into a system.

You'll co-own the content strategy with our team, write the scripts our UGC creators film, work with those creators directly, and be accountable for how the content performs.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve content strategy with the team: pillars, formats, funnel logic from TOF to BOF.
• Research what's working on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and translate it into formats we can repeat.
• Write hooks, scripts and creator briefs detailed enough to film without follow-up questions.
• Work directly with UGC creators: brief them, give feedback on drafts, raise the quality bar.
• Know our audience's pains and the product deeply, and make both visible in every video.
• Run hook and format tests, read the data (hold rate, watch time, saves, clicks) and decide what to scale.
  Strategy
• Co-own the content strategy with the team: pillars, formats, funnel logic from TOF to BOF.
• Define who we're talking to and what they struggle with, and keep that visible in every video.
• Turn product features into content angles that make people care.
• Research
• Track what's working on TikTok, Reels and Shorts in our niche every week.
• Break down viral videos and competitors' content into reusable hooks, structures and formats.
• Scripts & briefs
• Write hooks, scripts and creator briefs that can be filmed without follow-up questions.
• Build and maintain a hook library and script templates the team can reuse.
• Creators
• Brief UGC creators, review drafts and give clear, actionable feedback.
• Create reference videos and test tasks for new creators.
• Raise the quality bar across the creator network.
• Performance
• Plan and run hook and format tests.
• Analyze hold rate, watch time, saves and clicks, then decide what to scale or cut.
• Report weekly on what worked, what didn't and what we test next.
• Ownership
• Own the results of the content, not just the output.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in social media marketing, content strategy or short-form video production.
• Proven understanding of virality: you can explain why a specific video worked, not just that it did.
• Native-level feel for US short-form culture and C1+ written English. You write the way people talk on TikTok, not like a press release.
• Marketing fundamentals: ICP, positioning, funnel, messaging.
• Experience writing scripts or briefs for creators, UGC or ads.
• Comfort with metrics and testing; you make decisions from data, not taste alone.
• Ownership: you care about results, not about closing tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content yourself (you've filmed, edited or run your own account).
• Background in a SaaS, AI or creator-economy product.
• Experience managing a pool of freelancers or creators.

What we offer

• $1,500–2,000/month, depending on experience.
• Real influence on strategy from day one, not just execution.
• Work at the intersection of AI and the creator economy.
• A small team, fast decisions, direct access to founders.

Hiring process

1. Short intro call.
2. Test task: a mini content cycle for a real product (pillars, hooks, one creator brief).
3. Final interview with the team.

To apply, send your CV and one or two examples of content you wrote or strategized, with a line on why it worked.

We build and run AI agent systems for founders. Four are in production — German real estate, US legal tech, executive assistance, enterprise HR analytics — with paying clients since 2023 and revenue that renews monthly.

Every one of those clients arrived by referral. Nobody here has ever gone out and found one.

That's the seat. You'd be the first person to do outbound at this company.

What we sell

Technical ownership of a founder's roadmap and its execution, from one person. One weekly call, cancellable at the end of any month. The price is published, not quoted.

Who buys it

Two shapes, and they buy for different reasons:

• A founder with no technical half. Non-technical, or technical enough to judge the work but not to own it. Has money and a specific thing they want to exist, and nobody who can build it. This is often one person — headcount doesn't bound it
• A 3–20 person company with deep domain expertise, owner-operated, doing something valuable by hand. They know their domain better than we ever will and have nobody who can turn it into a system

What they share is that the person on the call is the one whose money it is, and that nobody inside can build the thing.

What you'd do

• Find both shapes — the second one is the half most people forget, and it's the one that's already profitable
• Verify each one against four checkable facts, before any meeting is booked
• Get them onto our founder's calendar
• Sit on the scoping call — you're on every one of them
• Target: four qualified founders a month. That's the entire KPI

What we're looking for

• 2+ years selling custom software development or dev services. Not SaaS seats, not staff augmentation
• At least one deal you closed where the signer was the founder
• You can see when a founder is about to buy, from public signals. Ours have been: money already spent on a prototype with nothing running; an engineering role open for months at a company too small to assess the candidates; the one technical person just left and the roadmap went with them. And on the domain-expertise side: a third hire into the same manual role, or an ops ad whose responsibilities read as a list of steps
• You can tell a real buyer from a curious one before we spend an hour on them
• You work without being managed. There is nobody here to check in on you, set your week, or notice you've stalled. The target is the only instruction you get
• English B2 or better

Format

• Fully flexible, your own hours, we are okay with you being employed somewhere else at the same time or running your own business
• Independent contractor, commission-based — paid per qualified meeting and per closed deal. No base. Figures and full terms come in a two-page sheet after we've talked

We are looking for a strong Python Backend Developer who wants to join us at an early stage and become part of building a real technology company.

English B1 is required, as English is the main language of communication within our international team.
You will not be joining the project alone — our development team already includes three Python Developers, one Senior Python Developer, one Frontend Developer. You will work closely with them, share technical decisions, and help us continue building and improving the product together.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong practical experience with Python backend development
• Experience with vector databases / graph databases / knowledge graphs
• Practical experience integrating AI / LLM / ML solutions into real products
• Good understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and data processing
• English B1

What We Offer

• Full remote work
• Flexible schedule
• Opportunity to join an active startup at an early stage
• Real influence on product architecture and technical decisions
• Small team without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Direct impact on the future of the company
• Opportunity to receive company equity

Important

We are looking not just for a developer, but for an engineer who has already worked with AI and modern data technologies in practice.

When applying, please include examples of real projects where you worked with Python backend development, AI integrations, vector or graph databases, knowledge graphs, RAG, or other data-intensive systems.

We are especially interested in what you personally built and what technical problems you solved.

We are looking for a strong Frontend Developer with solid experience in Vue.js / Nuxt.js

We are especially interested in candidates with experience building SaaS, dashboards, platforms, B2B products, and complex web applications - not only landing pages or regular websites. We would also like to understand what you personally built, what responsibilities you had, and what technical problems you solved.

English B1 is required, as English is the main language of communication within our international team.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong practical experience with Vue.js 3
• Good experience with Nuxt 3
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive web development
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
• Understanding of component architecture, state management and modern frontend development practices
• Ability to build clean, maintainable and reusable frontend components
• Experience working with complex product interfaces and business logic
• English B1

What We Offer

• Full remote work
• Flexible schedule
• Opportunity to join an active startup at an early stage
• Real influence on frontend architecture and technical decisions
• Small team without unnecessary bureaucracy

Important

We are looking not just for someone who can convert designs into pages, but for an engineer who understands how modern web applications should be built and can take responsibility for features from implementation to production.

We value developers who can think about usability, architecture, performance and maintainability - not only complete individual tasks.

When applying, please include examples of real projects where you personally worked with Vue.js / Nuxt.js, especially complex web applications, dashboards, B2B products, or products with significant business logic.

Data Science UA is a service company with deep expertise in AI and Data Science. Our story started in 2016 with the first Data Science UA Conference in Kyiv, and since then, we've built one of the largest AI communities in Europe.

About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Director to the client’s team.

We are looking for someone who has already modernised a legacy HR function in a comparable organisation — and who works at pace. We expect visible, measurable change within the first two quarters, not a twelve-month discovery exercise.

Responsibilities:
- Organisational design and workforce planning.
- Establish a unified organisational structure: levels, grading, role titles, job architecture.
- Own workforce planning together with business line leaders.
- Analyze payroll cost by function, benchmark against market and manage its share of total cost.
- Design and implement the group incentive framework, including the redesign of commercial and sales bonus schemes.
- Link variable pay to measurable outcomes and cascade targets through management levels.
- Build grading and salary bands, define the pay review policy.
- Model the financial impact of every scheme change before rollout.
- Introduce a regular performance and feedback cycle across the organisation.
- Support the rollout of the group performance management system: linking company, function and individual objectives.
- Establish accountability for end-to-end business processes, not only for functional tasks.
- Implement an HR business partner model aligned to the group's directorates.
- Design onboarding, development, internal mobility and exit processes.
- Modernise HR systems and data: HRIS, self-service, reporting.
- People analytics: attrition, cost of hire, programme effectiveness, workforce cost.
- Learning framework for both frontline and management populations.
- Leadership development for team leads, department heads and business line directors.
- Employer brand, jointly with the Head of Recruitment.

Requirements:
Must have:
- 10+ years in HR, including 4+ years leading the function in an organisation of 500+ employees.
- Demonstrable experience modernising a legacy or administrative HR function — moving it from record-keeping to a data-driven, business-facing directorate.
- Deep compensation and benefits expertise: personally designed and implemented incentive schemes, including for commercial and sales populations.
- Hands-on command of modern HR frameworks: job architecture and grading, competency models, performance cycles, workforce planning, people analytics.
- Experience implementing or replacing an HRIS and building HR reporting.
- Commercial and financial literacy: able to model payroll cost and the economics of people decisions.
- Experience leading organisational change against internal resistance
- Team leadership of 5+ HR professionals.
- Working English.

Nice to have:
- Financial services, retail network, telecom or another business with a distributed footprint and large frontline population
- Experience supporting entry into new jurisdictions
- Experience integrating or consolidating HR functions after restructuring

What the client offers:
- A genuine mandate to rebuild the function, not to maintain it
- Direct reporting line to the CEO and a seat at the management committee
- Budget and authority to build the team
- A group in a growth phase with international expansion under way

Data Science UA is a service company with deep expertise in AI and Data Science. Our story started in 2016 with the first Data Science UA Conference in Kyiv, and since then, we've built one of the largest AI communities in Europe.

About the Role and Client:
We are looking for a Head of Account Management, a leader who will build our client’s Client Relationship Development department from the ground up.
The role's task is to build systematic work with existing clients: assign personal managers to them, identify needs for other products across the group, and drive revenue growth per client.
This is a position for someone who creates the function rather than manages an existing one: the structure, segmentation, work standards, motivation system, and team all need to be defined and built independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the department structure: client segmentation, portfolio distribution, workload norms, service levels by segment.
- Define role profiles, form an account management team of 20+ people, and ensure their development.
- Together with HR, develop a motivation system focused on client portfolio growth.
- Describe and implement client engagement standards: contact frequency, information gathering, needs identification, CRM record-keeping.
- Be accountable for revenue from assigned client portfolios across the group's entire product line.
- Build a process for transferring clients from business units to the department: criteria, mechanics, and interaction between parties.
- Ensure growth in the number of products per client and retention of the client base.
- Personally manage key client relationships.
- Work with business units: pass identified client needs to relevant specialists, support complex multi-product deals.
- Formulate requirements for CRM and client analytics: client profile card, portfolio history, cross-sell reporting.
