What you will do:

• Own the full testing cycle from idea to release across the Web App, iOS and Android apps, and Web Funnel.
• Perform web, mobile, cross-browser, and cross-platform testing.

We are looking for a Lead DevOps / Observability Engineer to lead the migration of the client's observability stack from New Relic and Datadog to Grafana, using technologies such as Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo.

This is a hands-on role combining:
- DevOps & platform engineering - deploying and configuring the new observability stack using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Application instrumentation - modifying application code to add or adapt metrics, logs, and traces.
- Migration & collaboration - rebuilding existing dashboards and alerts in Grafana and working with multiple engineering teams to ensure full monitoring coverage.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across both infrastructure and application code and can independently drive a cross-team observability migration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of monitoring, alerting, and dashboards from New Relic and Datadog to Grafana.
• Design and implement the target observability architecture (metrics, logs, traces) and the infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) needed to support it.

We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. You'll be responsible for defending our endpoints, identities, SaaS stack, networks, and cloud environment against the people actively trying to breach them. Product security lives with a separate team, so your focus stays sharp: keep the corporate perimeter tight.

This is a builder's role, not a maintainer's. You'll stand up and run our detection stack (SIEM/SOAR, EDR), lock down and manage the device fleet (MDM, hardening), and design identity controls built on ZeroTrust principles (SSO, MFA, ZTNA).

You won't be handed a mature security program to babysit. You'll design it, implement it, and operate it, with recognized frameworks as your guardrails and real-world attack patterns as your test cases.

• Own and continuously improve our SIEM/SOAR capabilities, including log source onboarding, detection rules and correlation logic, alert tuning, dashboards, automated response workflows, and integration across the security stack

About the Role

• We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to become one of the strongest technical contributors on the team.
• The single most important thing we’re looking for is experience scaling a SaaS product. We want someone who has already seen what happens as a live platform grows: increasing complexity, technical debt, scaling bottlenecks, evolving data models, unreliable integrations, and engineering decisions that worked at one stage but became expensive at the next.

• This is a hands-on senior engineering role with strong technical leadership expectations. • Several years operating at Senior Engineer level on a SaaS product that grew significantly while you were there. You have seen a system become meaningfully bigger and understand the problems that tend to arrive next.
• Strong Python and Django / Django REST Framework experience, or deep experience in a closely comparable backend stack.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience, with the ability to work effectively across backend and frontend when required.
• Strong PostgreSQL and data modeling skills. You should be comfortable designing schemas that can evolve as the business grows into new products and safely changing them once they contain production data.
