About us
We are building our CRM function from scratch within a fast-growing iGaming company. That’s why we are looking for a proactive CRM Manager to design player retention strategies, launch automated journeys, and set up a campaign calendar that drives engagement and growth. This is a hands-on role with a lot of freedom and the opportunity to shape how CRM works in our business.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to retain and reactivate players (Email, SMS, Push, On-site, In-app).
• Segment the player base according to activity, behavior, and lifecycle (RFM analysis, VIP levels, LTV groups).
• Build automated communication flows (welcome journeys, reactivation, up-sell).
• Manage the CRM campaign calendar (promotions, tournaments, cashback, seasonal events).
• Analyze campaign performance (Open rate, CTR, CR, ARPU, ROMI) and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to align CRM initiatives.

Requirements
 

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM / Retention Manager in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico, Optimove, Emarsys, Braze, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of segmentation and automation workflows.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher. Additional languages (ES, DE, GR) are a plus.

About This Opportunity

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

✔ 3+ роки досвіду роботи гейм-дизайнером у жанрі hypercasual/hybrid-casual/casual/puzzle/

✔ 5 або більше ігор, які були випущені в AppStore/Google Play.

✔ Аналітичне мислення, організованість та відмінні комунікаційні навички.

✔ Глибоке розуміння ринку мобільних ігор, жанрів і трендів

✔ Здатність працювати в команді.

✔ Досвід роботи з Unity та Git.

King Group за останній рік запустила 5 нових брендів у сфері iGaming і вже готується до запуску ще кількох. Саме тому ми шукаємо PHP Developer, який допоможе нам розвивати продукти та підсилить нашу core-команду.
Ми оперуємо численними проєктами у сфері iGaming на ринках України, Європи та США, а також інвестуємо у венчурні стартапи, перспективні ідеї та людей.

Проєкт: високонавантажена Web-платформа Social Casino/Online Casino, що активно масштабується та розвивається.

Наш Tech Stack: PHP 7.4, Symfony 4, Yii, PostgreSQL 14, Redis, RabbitMQ, NGINX. Ми почали писати microservices на Symfony, плануємо змінімізувати роботу з Yii.

Ми шукаємо розробника, який:

• орієнтований на продукт і розуміє бізнес-логіку;
• прагне впроваджувати власні ідеї для покращення продукту;
• хоче впливати на Business Value і результат.

Буде круто, якщо ти маєш:

• 3+ років продуктового досвіду з PHP, Yii, Symfony (також розглядаємо зі знанням Laravel), PostgreSQL;
• Розуміння REST API;
• Досвід роботи з Git;
• Знання принципів ООP (Object-oriented programming), SOLID, DRY, KISS;
• Досвід роботи з message brokers (Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ) - буде плюсом;
• Знання методології DDD - буде великим плюсом.

Наразі ми хочемо доповнити команду сильними фахівцями, яким цікаво буде брати участь в таких челенджах:

• Перехід монолітного проєкту на мікросервісну архітектуру;
• Оптимізація роботи баз даних (6+ТБ);
• Написання Unit tests/Functional testing;

Вимоги:

1. Базові знання ОС Linux/windows (основні команди + адміністрування)
2. Postgresql (основу)
3. Робота з Docker
4. Аналіз логів
5. Розуміння фіскального законодавства
6. Досвід створення регламентів, інструкцій, бази знань;
7. Вміння ефективно взаємодіяти з іншими підрозділами компанії;
8. Розуміння роботи інтерфейсного обладнання (банківські термінали, фіскальні апарати, принтера)
9. Розуміння роботи мереж LAN\WAN
10. Розуміння роботи віртуальних машин (Hyper-V, VMware,  VirtualBox)
11. Англійська мова на рівні читання технічної документації

Обов’язки:

1. Впровадження нових систем (тестування, інтеграція),
2. Опис проблем розробникам,
3. Робота з заявками від підтримки (3-тя лінія)
4. Взаємодія з постачальниками ІТ-рішень та обладнання

Робота в офісі з 9:00 до 18:00, 5 денний робочий тиждень.
