Role Objective

To lead the Android development team, analyze the current production process, and create an action plan to increase the volume of app production and extend the average app lifecycle in the market.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Android development team (up to 5 engineers): planning, task assignment, code reviews, mentoring.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Engineer to assist a small, dedicated team to accelerate project software development for partial-discharge monitoring. The position involves the following:
- Development of a complex monitoring system for Gas-Insulated Switchgear, which extends the existing monitoring system with new peripheral devices for signal acquisition
- Development a desktop software frontend.

This dynamic role requires deep technical competence, agile problem-solving, and strong team collaboration. Experience with cybersecurity and/or computer networks is helpful.
 

Responsibilities:
Software Development & Architecture
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable software for desktop and web applications.
- Build backend systems using C# (.NET 8/Core), gRPC, SignalR, RESTful APIs.
- Define and implement automated tests
- Design and develop or support UI/UX.
- Handle database design and integration, for example using Entity Framework.
- Automate processes using shell scripts and similar tools.
- Document features and specifications with clarity and consistency.

Requirements
Technical Skills
- Programming languages: C# (.NET Core / Framework), shell scripting
- UI/UX development: Desktop UI technologies, notably Dart/Flutter very helpful
- Database management: Postgres and Entity Framework

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services;
• Experience in creatives for social ads (or advertising)
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms;
• Intermediate+ English, both written and verbal is a must;;
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite;

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;

   

Responsibilities:

• Review and audit existing user flows (search, onboarding, booking, dashboard) to identify UX friction points and quick wins
• Developing and conceptualizing comprehensive UI/UX design propositions based on client's brief;
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;
• Iterate on design proposals based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives
• Collaborating with the product team, and business and tech team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user;
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior;
