The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager to diagnose user drop-offs, improve funnel clarity, and help us build a more intentional and predictable marketing system.

🚀 Strategy and Funnels

• Analyze existing digital products and service funnels to understand:
  • how users enter
  • how value is perceived
  • where trust is built or lost
  • at which point users decide not to continue
• Decompose user journeys and identify:
  • key decision points
  • friction and drop-off stages
• Build hypotheses explaining user behavior and funnel breakdowns

• Apply insights from client diagnostics to improve WebCap’s own marketing funnels

   

⚙️ Execution and Analysis

• Review and analyze: websites, service pages, booking or order flows
• Identify issues related to: UX clarity, messaging, offer structure, decision anxiety or overload
• Translate findings into: clear insights, prioritized recommendations

• Optionally propose improvements to: user flow, step logic, structure and sequencing of actions

   

📈 Market, Brand & Growth

• Analyze the European outsourcing market and competitive landscape
• Review WebCap’s brand perception and positioning
• Identify gaps between:
  • what we deliver
  • what the market understands
• Suggest realistic paths for client acquisition and growth

• Help shift marketing from ad-hoc actions to a structured system

   

📊 Analytics & Optimization

• Use analytics tools to support hypotheses and conclusions: GA4, UTM structure, Hotjar or similar
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and quality issues
• Support data-informed decisions rather than assumptions

• Help align marketing insights with sales and delivery teams

About Us:
We are an innovative game development studio at the forefront of 3D mobile game creation. Currently in the early stages of development, we are committed to designing immersive, well-crafted gaming experiences powered by our proprietary game engine. Our team is international, consisting of developers, game designers, and 3D artists from Ukraine, Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, among other countries. We are looking for a highly skilled C++ Developer to join our talented team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge 3D mobile games.
 

Your Responsibilities:
As a C++ Developer, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, ranging from server-side coding to over-the-internet communication protocols, and adapting/modifying existing 3D engines (such as o3de). Depending on your expertise, you will be involved in:

• Developing and maintaining complex C++ code for mobile game applications.
• Working on client-server interactions using TCP/IP and other over-the-internet communication methods.
• Interfacing with other languages to ensure seamless inter-language communication.
• Collaborating with our game design and 3D development teams to optimize and improve our custom game engine.
• Conducting research and development (R&D) to implement cutting-edge algorithms and features within the game engine.
• Participating in the design and implementation of 3D graphics rendering.
   

Key Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development, with demonstrated success in real-world projects.
• In-depth knowledge of C++, including the Standard Template Library (STL), and familiarity with key C++ features (at least up to C++11).
• Experience working with TCP/IP and network communications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics programming is a strong advantage.
• Experience in research and development (R&D) and algorithm design is a plus.
• Game development experience is a significant asset.

Our engineering team is on the lookout for a talented Frontend Engineer with strong React/Next.js experience to help us build and scale our cutting-edge iGaming platform.

In this role, you’ll craft fast, pixel-perfect, highly interactive player experiences - turning detailed designs into smooth, responsive UI that performs brilliantly across devices. You’ll work deeply with Next.js SSR patterns, modern state management, and animation tooling to deliver interfaces that feel effortless and polished.

Required Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of commercial software development experience building complex web applications.
• Strong JavaScript + TypeScript fundamentals and production experience.
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js (including platform-specific optimizations).
• Strong understanding of advanced SSR patterns (hydration, caching strategies, data-fetching tradeoffs, rendering approaches, etc.).
• Solid understanding of the React rendering pipeline and performance best practices (memoization, avoiding unnecessary renders, profiling, etc.).
• Experience with state management: Zustand, Redux, or similar.
• Experience implementing smooth UI motion using animation libraries such as Framer Motion, GSAP, React Spring, Lottie, etc.
• Performance mindset with focus on Core Web Vitals and real-user responsiveness.
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI from detailed designs (e.g., Figma specs) with strong attention to detail.
• Clean, maintainable coding style and strong collaboration skills with design and backend teams.
• Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
   

Preferred Qualifications and Bonus Points

• Game development experience (web or standalone).
• Experience/understanding of graphics APIs such as Canvas or WebGL.
• Experience with game frameworks/engines such as PixiJS, Phaser, or similar.
• Testing experience: Vitest/Jest, Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress.
• Performance tooling experience: profiling, Lighthouse, bundle analysis, runtime monitoring.
• Industry experience in iGaming or Fintech.
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
