    We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own and scale our TikTok Shop and social commerce strategy for the Desire Deluxe brand.

    This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, content, creators, and performance. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and growing our TikTok Shop, driving product discovery, engagement, and direct-to-consumer sales through TikTok’s ecosystem.

    This is an ideal role for someone who understands how TikTok drives purchases, loves testing and scaling content, and has real experience turning views into revenue.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Launch, manage, and scale the Desire Deluxe TikTok Shop
    • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and storefront optimization
    • Build and execute monthly growth plans aligned with brand and sales targets
    • Own key performance metrics (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
    • Continuously optimize shop performance based on data and trends
    • Develop and execute creator and affiliate strategies to drive sales
    • Source, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates
    • Brief creators on products, messaging, and content guidelines
    • Monitor creator performance and optimize partnerships for revenue growth
    • Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns: product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers
    • Collaborate with internal teams on content ideas that convert
    • Stay on top of TikTok trends and adapt content strategy quickly
    • Test formats, hooks, and offers to maximize sales impact
    • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance
    • Deliver clear insights on what’s working and what needs improvement
    • Make data-driven recommendations to scale winning strategies

    • A fully optimized TikTok Shop generating consistent monthly sales
    • Strong creator and affiliate relationships driving regular conversions

    • TikTok Shop becomes a core revenue channel for Desire Deluxe
    • Scaled creator network producing high-performing content
    • Ownership of TikTok social commerce strategy across markets
    • Contribution to long-term brand and growth strategy

       

     

    You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

    • Have 2–3+ years experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing
    • Have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, or creator-led sales
    • Understand how to sell products through short-form video

    The Jr. Accounting Specialist position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Accounting Specialist. The essential functions of this role include supporting monthly and annual reporting processes, performing routine controller tasks, assisting with regulatory filings and audits, and contributing to accurate financial operations through collaboration and data analysis.

     

    Position responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies
    • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

    Risk Management and Due Diligence:

    • Provide accurate and timely responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).

    • Address identified vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
    • Participate in Business Impact Analyses and tabletop exercises to enhance organizational resilience.

    Industry Benchmark Alignment and Standards Updating:

    • Start measuring alignment with Microsoft benchmarks in Intune and work on increasing the score.
    • Address vulnerabilities and issues identified in workstation builds, cloud infrastructure configurations, and security configurations.
    • Harden systems to enhance security across workstations, cloud infrastructure, and security configurations.

    SOC 2 Maintenance and Additional Security Tasks:

    • Perform test restores.
    • Conduct reviews of our KnowBe4 phishing tests and training.
    • Review SIEM logs.
    • Assist in addressing cybersecurity incidents.
    • Work with NOC and outsourced SOC on remediation runbooks.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the security team and organization.

    The Role

    We’re looking for a Senior Developer who can take ownership of:

    • Maintaining and extending an existing Delphi-based ERP system
    • Deeply understanding the legacy codebase and business logic
    • Driving the future migration of the system to C# / .NET
    • Bringing structure, documentation, and engineering discipline to a long-living product

    This is a very long-term role with growth in responsibility, technical influence, and compensation.
     

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop new functionality on existing ERP products
    • Maintain and improve a large Delphi codebase
    • Gradually participate in the migration from Delphi to .NET (C#)
    • Design and implement efficient algorithms and business logic
    • Work with MSSQL databases and complex data models
    • Produce proper documentation and technical reporting
    • Collaborate closely with Ukrainian engineering teammates

    • 15+ years of professional software engineering experience

    PROJECT 

    Our customer is an Icelandic energy company providing electricity, geothermal water, cold water, carbon storage and optic network.  

    We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong technical troubleshooting skills to be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and resolving operational issues related to data warehouse and data pipelines. The qualified candidate will work as part of the Data Engineering team and will handle incoming 2nd-line support tickets (primarily task failures, timeouts, execution errors, and data inconsistencies in scheduled processes). 

    The role ensures that daily operational data flows run reliably and that incidents are triaged and resolved efficiently. 

    Tech stack: MS SQL Server, Azure/Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft BI stack (SSRS, SSIS,SSAS [Olap and Tabular]) , TimeXtender, exMon. 

     

    WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES 

    • Troubleshooting failed scheduled tasks (e.g., ETL pipelines that time out, fail on specific datasets, or produce partial/incomplete outputs) 
    • Investigating recurring timeout issues in ETL jobs (e.g., exMon timeout while running data extraction from in-house systems) 
    • Resolving warnings raised by the monitoring system (exMon) 
    • Identifying and escalating data quality inconsistencies (e.g., discrepancies in RG41 SCADA data, mismatches in business-critical tables) 
    • Running or re-running failed jobs when appropriate 
    • Correcting configuration issues in pipeline parameters, schedule triggers, or source/target connections
