• Proven experience building autonomous AI agents that run in production
• Experience designing multi-step reasoning and orchestration pipelines
• Hands-on implementation of RAG + evaluation (testing, metrics, and iterative improvement)
• Experience optimizing LLM costs at scale
• Strong understanding of AI system failure modes and practical mitigation approaches
• Experience with multi-agent coordination
• Experience building cloud-native systems (reliability, monitoring, scalable deployment)
