We build and operate Roblox games as a business. We move fast, ship often, and let data decide what lives and what gets cut. Our workflow is AI-native: we use agents, our own tools, MCP integrations with Roblox Studio and internal analytics to build faster than a traditional studio. We just received pre-seed funding from a big publisher and we are ready to scale.

The mission

Build a production pipeline that takes a game from idea to live, and from live to scaled, with as little manual work as possible. A small team with the right tools should ship what a large studio ships.

You’ll own that pipeline and the games that run through it.

What you’ll do

• Run and grow the live games. Take ownership of current live titles from day one: monitor CCU, retention (D1/D7/D30), session length, conversion and ARPDAU, and decide what to update, rebalance or sunset. Keep growth moving while you build the new pipeline.
• Produce new games end to end. Take concepts from prototype to launch: scope, milestones, playtests, release and post-launch iteration.
• Build the AI production stack. Develop and refine the tooling around Roblox Studio, including MCP servers, agent workflows for Luau scripting, UI, level and content generation, and automated testing and QA.
• Manage the in-game economy. Design and tune monetization (game passes, developer products, progression and sinks) with a clear view of unit economics.
• Own internal analytics. Maintain dashboards and tracking for game KPIs, so every decision starts from numbers and not from guesses.
• Lead the people. Coordinate scripters, designers, builders and artists, and raise their output with better tools and clearer priorities.
• Experiment constantly. Test new genres, mechanics and loops quickly, kill the losers early and double down on the winners.
• Document the playbook. Turn what works into a repeatable process, so each next game ships faster than the last.

Who you are

• Proactive. You spot problems before they’re reported, build the fix and show the result.
• Hands-on experience producing or shipping Roblox games, or comparable live mobile or casual games, with real results to show.
• Strong understanding of game economies and live ops: retention, progression, monetization and balance.
• Technically fluent: you can read Luau, work with APIs and data, and you’re comfortable with Roblox Studio and its tooling.
• Already working with LLMs and agents in your daily work, and curious about MCP, tool use and automation.
• Good at prioritizing: you can cut scope, protect deadlines and keep a small team focused.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast cycles.

About us

We build and grow consumer utility apps monetized through subscriptions. Paid acquisition is our main growth engine, and we run it on our own tooling: internal analytics, custom MCP servers, and automation layers on top of ad platforms and app store data.

The mission

Polish a system that can launch and scale any app vertical 99% automated: creatives, campaign setup, budget allocation, optimization, reporting, and decisions about what to kill or scale. Humans set direction and handle the exceptions. Software does everything else.

You’ll be the person who makes that real.

What you’ll do

• Design and build the marketing automation stack end to end: campaign management, creative production and testing loops, bidding and budget logic, and anomaly detection.
• Develop and maintain our internal analytics: cohort LTV, payback, retention and subscription metrics, and unit economics per app, channel and creative.
• Extend our MCP servers and agent workflows so that AI can operate ad accounts, read performance data and act on it safely.
• Remove bottlenecks. Wherever a person is doing repetitive work, such as buying, reporting or creative iteration, turn it into a tool.
• Run experiments constantly: new channels, new approaches, new automation ideas. Kill the losers fast and scale the winners.
• Work with media buyers and app developers so tools fit how the team actually works. Over time, raise the amount of spend each buyer can manage.
• Define the playbook for launching a new vertical, then productize it.

Run and grow the live campaigns

You’ll take ownership of our current live campaigns from day one and keep growth moving while you build the automation. 

• Monitor performance of live campaigns daily: spend, CPI, trial-to-paid, ROAS and payback by app, channel and creative.
• Make scale, hold or kill decisions on campaigns and creatives, and keep spend growing without letting unit economics slip.
• Keep media buyers supported and unblocked, and review their results.
• Make sure nothing breaks while you automate: tracking, attribution, ad account health, and budgets pacing correctly.

Who you are

• Proactive. You don’t wait for tasks. You spot the bottleneck, build the fix and show the result.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing for mobile apps (Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar) and a real understanding of how traffic turns into profit.
• Fluent in subscription metrics: trial-to-paid, churn, LTV, ROAS, payback.
• Already using LLMs and agents in your work, and curious about MCP, tool use and agentic workflows.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. You can take a vague goal like “automate this” and turn it into a working system.
• Able to explain trade-offs clearly to non-engineers.
• Experience with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular), SKAN and subscription analytics (RevenueCat/AppHud).

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Outbound End-to-End Finished Goods Distribution

• Managing regular dispatches of security systems from regional distribution centers (RDCs) to customers and authorized distributors worldwide (EU, UK, US, MEA, APAC, LatAm).
• Coordinating logistics operations between manufacturing facilities and global distribution centers.
• Maintaining target SLAs and performance metrics: OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Order Lead Time, and cargo integrity in transit.

2. Export Compliance & Customs Clearance

• Coordinating export procedures from the EU customs territory via Polish customs systems (AES/ECS2, NCTS, PUESC services).
• Collaborating with customs brokers and agencies: preparing full document sets (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, EUR.1, ATR, Export Declaration / IE-599 confirmation message).
• Managing electronics shipment compliance: classification by HS/CN codes, export control rules, and adherence to dangerous goods regulations for built-in lithium-ion/lithium-metal batteries (ADR / IATA DGR).

3. 3PL/4PL & Carrier Management

• Managing contracts and relationships with international line-haul carriers (Road FTL/LTL, Air Freight) and express integrators (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
• Conducting regular KPI performance audits and managing claims for cargo loss or damage (Claims Management).
• Participating in freight procurement tenders to optimize transport costs from the Polish distribution hub.

4. Freight Cost Optimization & Budgeting

• Tracking and optimizing the cost per unit delivered.
• Streamlining freight consolidation to balance cost and delivery speed across diverse geographic regions.

5. Distribution Center Operations Alignment

• Aligning dispatch schedules with the warehouse/WMS team (dispatch windows, truck loading time slots, order picking/packing control).
• Implementing and supporting BPM 4.0 initiatives: cargo tracking automation (Real-time Visibility), carrier EDI/API integrations, and eliminating manual document processing.

6. Supply Chain Resilience & Risk Management

• Formulating contingency plans and alternative routing during border blockades, carrier peak seasons, and geopolitical disruptions.

Candidate Requirements:
 

1. Experience & Industry Expertise

• 3–5+ years in export or distribution logistics originating from Poland/EU (preference for Consumer Electronics, High-Tech, IoT, Automotive, or global FMCG).
• Practical experience managing multimodal shipments (cross-border road freight, air cargo, courier express).

2. Customs & Regulatory Knowledge

• Advanced mastery of Incoterms 2020 (specifically DAP, DPU, CPT, FCA, DDP).
• Comprehensive understanding of EU customs regulations (Union Customs Code / Unijny Kodeks Celny), intra-Community supplies (WDT), and exports to third countries.
• Working knowledge of transport regulations for battery-powered devices (Lithium Batteries Section II / ADR / IATA DGR).

3. Language Skills

Requirements
 

• 1+ years as a QA Engineer, mainly manual testing of web products. Games experience is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Android BSP Engineer to contribute as an independent contractor on a long-term B2B basis to an international engineering project focused on the development of next-generation embedded Android/Linux platforms for advanced professional products used worldwide.

We’re looking for a Payments Lead to own our payment stack end-to-end and make it work better: higher approval rates, fewer failed renewals, cleaner data, fewer surprises.
 

The infrastructure is already live - a multi-PSP setup with orchestration on top - so this isn’t a build-from-zero role. It’s the opposite: the stack works, but it isn’t yet mature. Reconciliation, payment reporting, monitoring and incident management are only partly in place, and billing analytics is roughly halfway there. Bringing those to a mature, reliable state is the core of this role.

You’ll be the person who knows exactly how money moves through the system - which provider handled a transaction and why, where it failed, what it cost, and what to change. Payments is one of the four infrastructure functions the company scales on, so the work has direct, measurable weight on revenue.

• Own the payment infrastructure day to day: multi-PSP setup, orchestration, routing rules, cascading, failover, MID portfolio, processing resilience
• Drive subscription billing performance - approval rate, renewals, retries, dunning, failed payment recovery, involuntary churn
• Build out billing analytics together with the Data team: unified data sources, BI reporting that business unit leads can actually make decisions on
• Develop payment reporting, reconciliation, monitoring, alerting, and incident management into stable, repeatable processes 
• Own the payment risk profile in practice: chargebacks, fraud, refunds, disputes, and compliance with card scheme monitoring programs (VAMP, SMMP)
• Own day-to-day relationships with PSPs and acquirers: compliance requests, warnings, payouts, escalations - you collect the facts, you find the answer, you own the outcome
• Advise on provider strategy: which PSP setup fits which product and market, on what terms, where the risks are, and when it’s time to diversify
• Work with Billing Engineering on what gets built next, and write the requirements that make it buildable
• Partner with Product, Growth, Finance and Legal on anything where payments affect revenue, scalability or risk
• Bring automation and AI tooling into payment operations where it removes manual work.

What we look for:

• 3+ years in payments, acquiring, billing, or payment operations - merchant side, B2C subscription-based products 
• Hands-on experience managing the full recurring payment lifecycle in subscription-based products - from initial charges and recurring renewals to payment retries, dunning, and failed payment recovery
• Practical experience with multi-PSP infrastructure and orchestration: routing, cascading, failover, MID management - you’ve configured it, not just read about it
• Strong grasp of payment risk: chargebacks, fraud, disputes, decline codes, card scheme monitoring programs
• Comfortable in the data: able to build or specify payment reporting, work with analysts, and tell a real signal from noise
• Demonstrable impact on approval, renewal or recovery rate - able to walk through the before/after
• Understanding of how PSP selection and onboarding actually works: requirements, underwriting, commercial terms - even if someone else handled the paperwork
• Experience with Tier 1 markets, especially the US
• Experience across multiple products, entities or jurisdictions
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have: people management experience is a plus.

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills;
