    What will you do:

    • Play a key role in data-informed decision-making and help the team grow through insights, experiments, and research.
    • Design and analyze A/B tests β€” from defining metrics and calculating sample sizes to interpreting results and tracking long-term impact.
    • Explore product metrics and user behavior to uncover patterns and turn them into actionable growth opportunities.
    • Use data to validate and shape hypotheses, helping the team prioritize and focus on the most promising experiments.
    • Investigate how users interact with the product to identify friction points and suggest improvements in user experience.
    • Contribute to improving processes, automating key metrics, and sharing best practices within the analytics community.

       

    What do you need to join us:

    • Strong knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
    • Ability to work with databases (SQL).
    • Solid understanding of product metrics and how they interrelate.
    • An analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
    • Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
    • Python skills and experience with Tableau are strong advantages.
