We are looking for an endpoint/workstation support engineer to support multiple mixed MacOS/Windows/Lin remote working environments. You should maintain a high level of user satisfaction, as well as properly document your work.

Your primary tasks will include:

* Enduser remote support for agents installation

* AV alerts investigation

* Ensuring security compliance policies are in place (e.g. full disk encryption, firewall)

* Implementing updates on agent installation packages whenever new version arrives

The candidate should have a proof records of successful projects in the following areas:

We're a design studio working with deep tech, SaaS/AI, fintech, and life sciences clients. Our Webflow site is currently a single landing page, and we're launching a structured blog to support organic growth and authority. We need a developer who is strong in both Webflow and technical SEO — most Webflow developers we've met know the design side but lack SEO fundamentals, and that's exactly what we want to avoid.

This is a full-time role. We're looking for someone who can commit full-time and work with us on an ongoing basis — first fixing the foundations, then building and maintaining the blog/CMS as we scale content. We have a detailed strategy and CMS spec ready, so you'd be implementing against a clear plan and running your own technical check on top.

Phase 1 — Fix the foundations (a recent audit flagged these):

• Create and submit an XML sitemap (currently missing)
• Verify/configure Google Search Console and GA4

Що робитимеш як Business Analyst:

• Виявлення та аналіз бізнес-вимог по розробці інформаційних активів звітності Компанії, написання BRD та FRD. Створення ТЗ для команди розробників згідно з БВ замовника. Написання документації щодо розроблених активів напрямку звітності.
• Контроль процесу розробки ТЗ на всіх етапах життєвого циклу задачі: від отримання бізнес-вимог до фінального приймального тестування бізнес-замовником.
• Ведення беклогу задач: контроль статусів, управління пріоритетами, розподіл задач, постійна комунікація з бізнес-замовниками та командою розробки.
• Пост-релізна підтримка інформаційних активів напрямку звітності. Консультування користувачів активів та аналіз проблемних кейсів.
• Виконання аналітичних завдань за допомогою SQL, створення звітів в Grafana, Tableau, Google Looker Studio.

Твій ідеальний профіль:

Must-have:

• Досвід роботи Бізнес аналітиком від 2 років. Перевагою буде досвід роботи в НП від 1 року (продажі, маркетинг, роботи з клієнтами), досвід роботи та знання ІС Awis, ОМ, CRM).
• Досвід професійного написання  BRD, FRD  та  ТЗ на розробку продуктів.
• Навички роботи з SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL та Т-SQL). Гарні знання інформаційних технологій, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Вміння професійно описати технічні та бізнес вимоги до інформаційних активів у напрямку звітності.
• Досвід створення аналітичних презентацій, візуалізацій, дашбордів (буде перевагою створення дашбордів за допомогою Grafana, Tableau чи Google Looker Studio).

Nice-to-have:

• Розуміння та знання процесів Нова пошта, особливо в напрямку продажів та маркетингу, КЦ, програми лояльності.
• Знання чи інтерес до Python, Big Data/Data Analytics (Tableau/Power BI, Google Cloud).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Physical Design in full chip or block level in extremely advanced technologies nodes (10nm and below);
• In deep Floorplanning, partitioning/budgeting, power mesh distribution, clock tree planning and analysis, Scan re-ordering, placement, CTS, place and route;
• Cover all relevant activities related to timing analysis (closure through sign-off including SI/noise) ECO tasks (both functional and timing);
• In charge with all validation/qualification tasks: Formal Verification, EM/IR, DRC, LVS, Antenna, ERC analysis and fixes;
• Be part of the overall Low Power solution development and implementation;
• Develop/enhance timing related scripts for clock skew analysis, critical path analysis, various IO interfaces, constraints partitioning/budgeting (from top-level to block level);

• Complete multiple design cycles of high complexity with little supervision.

   

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• 5+ years (desirable) in challenging RTL2GDSII work done on 10nm or below nodes with 500k – 1million+ instances in designs;
• Power user of PnR and timing analysis CAD tools from Synopsys and/or Cadence;
• Good knowledge of synthesis flow, insertDFT scan/coverage and optimization;
• Excellent floorplan, power plan, CTS, place, route, and timing closure skills;
• Proficiency using Perl/TCL/Python scripting and Makefile;
• Expertise in timing STA/PTSI – signal integrity closure, ECO generation/implementation skill;
• Excellent EM/IR, DRC, LVS, ERC analysis and fixing skills;
• Experience with sign-off tape-out closure work;

• Any top level – floor planning, pin assignment – tape out activities is a plus.
