    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Planning & Coordination

    • Coordinate tasks between content creators, SEO specialists, designers, developers, and account managers
    • Track project progress and adjust schedules/resources to ensure timely delivery

    Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates

    • Implement project management tools and best practices to enhance team productivity
    • Support the onboarding and training of team members on project processes

    Qualifications

    1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital, SEO, content, or marketing environment

    • Develop automated tests for Boot Firmware and associated software for ARM Cortex-M MCUs
    • Develop test strategy, test plans and test cases
    • Implement test firmware projects (C language)
    • Develop Python test scripts to validate the firmware and control automated test equipment
    • Set up continuous integration systems to run tests (GitLab CI/CD)
    • Analyze test metrics and improve firmware quality





    Your Profile

    Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

     

    • A bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics/programming or similar fields
    • 1-3 years of experience with Embedded systems
    • Experience with ARM Cortex-M Microcontroller
    • Expertise in Python; proficiency in C; Bash scripting experience is a plus
    • Experience with Test Plan/Test case Development, and test methodologies is a plus
    • Working knowledge of electronics and experience with GitLab CI/CD is a plus
    • Fluency in English

    Your Role

    Key responsibilities in your new role:

    Join us as a Senior Staff Validation Engineer to drive state-of-the-art automotive technologies, leveraging your embedded systems experience. You’ll lead validation projects and be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through testing and validation processes. You will collaborate closely with software development teams to design, execute, and automate tests, identify and document issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PSoC and HMI solutions that shape next‑generation automotive products.

     

    • Be responsible for the Validation of device drivers used for Communication or signal generation/measurements (E.g.: SPI, UART, PWM, ADC, DMA etc.)
    • Investigate, implement, institutionalize and maintain the verification and validation methods and infrastructure (e.g. automation to improve quality and efficiency in terms of cost and time)
    • Drive innovation in the form of new advancements (test methods/tools, test automation, test infrastructure)
    • Institutionalize software test processes compliant with Automotive standards (e.g.ISO26262, ASPICE)
    • Have ownership of reviews - Test Specifications & Scripts

    You have a proactive personality and an organized, structured, and self-driven working style. With your great communication skills, you are equally comfortable producing your own solutions or collaborating with others to achieve the best results. Lastly, you enjoy developing your knowledge and staying up-to-date on the latest technological developments.

     

    • More than 3 years of experience in Device Driver software testing, which includes good knowledge of the standard software development Life Cycle
    • Experience with AUTOSAR MCAL, Automotive SPIC, E and exposure to ISO26262
    • Knowledge of embedded system software development or Validation using C and assembly languages
    • Strong knowledge in OOP/C#/.Net/Python languages
    • Experience in the development/maintenance of the test automation and continuous integration frameworks
    • Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power benches, etc
    • Fluency in English
